Its quiet surroundings, yet close to the Nice airport and the motorway, make it an ideal destination for a peaceful, comfortable and practical holiday on the French Riviera. The lovely villages of St Paul de Vence, Vence and Tourettes, with fortifications and ancient stone houses; the Foundation Maeght and its art collection; all offers a taste of culture and history from this beautiful part of France. You can find amazing restaurants around this villa from St Paul to Biot, Grasse (with its perfumes) and Mougins. Great family vacation

We stayed at La Falevinier for two weeks with mine and my husbands parents and grandparents.
1. The villa is perfect for the group from 25 y.o. to 80 y.o. - beautiful location and comfortable house with plenty of bedrooms and big tables for big family.
2. Swimming pool and very well equiped summer kitchen will keep you alive during very hot summer days - we spent a lot of time by the pool after all the sightseeing around the coast.
3. Villa is located not more than 20 min drive to all the major sightseeing attractions - Monaco, Cannes, Nice, St Paul etc.
4. Villa owners are really nice and helpful before, during and after our stay.
We are definitely thinking of staying there again once we go to Cote d'Azur.

We really enjoyed our stay the only drawback being that the steps were a bit difficult for my 90 year old father in law.This was not the houses fault.The house was lovely,spacious with large gardens and pool.We choose here as the traffic was much lighter than along the very busy coast.This would be a great venue for two couples with 4 or 5 children.Great kitchen with American fridge and icemaker and a nice large cooker.

We would recommend two restaurants:La Colombe D'Or in St Paul,expensive but atmospheric.The second was quite a find,on the right hand side (dont know the name) about 2km from La Colle as you drive towards Villeneuve -Loubet.This was not a tourist restaurant,menu was in French only and all other clientele were French-always a good sign.

We also enjoyed the company of Lychee the dog who visited us regularly.
