Semi Detached Villa set over 2 floors with Private pool. The Villa has 3 bedrooms (Two doubles and one twin) 2 bathrooms living room and kitchen. Outside is a raised terrace overlooking the pool with dining table and chairs. On the roof is a private solarium with views of the salt lakes. The villa is fully furnished there is TV with UK satellite system (plenty of English speaking channels). The Villa will comfortable sleep up to 6 persons. Ceiling fans fitted to all rooms to keep cool in the summer months. Approx 3 min walk from the villa you will find a large supermarket newsagents bank, pharmacy plus approx a 10 - 15 Restaurants (Spanish Italian English Chinese Mexican Irish etc) bars cafes pubs etc. A car is recommend to get to the beach although a very good bus service (bus stop only 4 minutes walk from the villa) is available with buses running to the beach and into Torrevieja town centre every 20 minutes.

Notes to the rental rates

• Rates include check in/check out, utility bills, plus welcome pack on arrival. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm booking, with the outstanding balance payable at 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If your booking falls within less than 8 weeks before arrival, then full payment to be made with booking. An additional refundable deposit of £100 is required as a bond against any damage to the property, excessive cleaning or lost keys. This will be promptly returned by post when property has been checked after departure.

A Trip into Torrevieja town centre is a must, Take a stroll along the promenade, check out the evening street market (next to the water fountain) open every night. Visit the Tivolo (fun fair) has rides for both adults and children, have an ice-cream from one of the many ice-cream parlours along form the front. Visit the Huge water park with water slides, shoots and wave machines (open mid June to Sept) Go Go Karting at Punta Prima (open all year round) its a fantastic track offering High adrenalin fun for teenagers and adults (children over 7). Ten pin bowling near the new Haberneras Shopping centre. Take a relaxing walk around one of Torreveija’s parks, Go for a boat ride at the boating lake (park of Nations) For night time entertainment visit the lively Bar Streets (behind Ell Muelle restaurant) and if your still awake hit the night clubs try 'Pacha' (sister to Ibiza super club) located in the industrial area. Torreveija has approx 800 restaurants, Cafes & Bars to chose from.
