Semi Detached Apartment

This apartment is an annex to the main villa with ample privacy within and on the terraces. This is an adult-only premises.

Transportation

Although driving is recommended, there are local buses from the village into Beziers regularly and French trains are fast, reliable & reasonably priced for those wishing to avoid driving. Carcassonne, Perpignan and Montpellier airports all provide a bus link (la navette) to their city's train stations and from there trains available to Beziers every hour during day / early evening (less regular after c.7pm - likely every 2 hours). Beziers - Cap d'Agde airport recently opened a new flight with Ryanair from London Stansted & Bristol (UK) and also offers direct flights to Germany, Denmark, Paris & Corsica with German, Danish & French airlines.

Local shops, bars & restaurants

There is a medium-sized supermarket in our village called G20, with also 2 newsagents, 2 Pharmacies, 1 bakery, 1 artisan bakery / patisserie, 1 boucherie/charcuterie & village markets for fresh produce every other day. The hypermarket (HyperU), a Lidl & Aldi (german chain supermarkets) are around 5KM away. In our village there is a very reasonably priced Italian restaurant (also serving some typical french fare), another restaurant Les Colombes serving Pizzas & french food (open during high season only), a wine bistro offering snacks & french food, a local bar offering takeaway kebab / pizza & 2 wine caves & a wine shop offering tastings (the caves are foc). There are 2 gastronomy restaurants no more than 4km away: 'Ma Ferme' ( renowned for steaks cooked on an open grill; all meats reared on their farm) Also L'Harmonie - haute nouvelle cuisine (bookings for both are recommended)
