Beautifully furnished to a very high standard this villa is the ideal holiday location for families, couples, friends and golf groups alike and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. It has a private pool, a large roof-top sun terrace, covered patio, fenced garden and parking port. On the inside it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge/diner and Kitchen. It is fully central heated with air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms. The villa is equipped with all the amenities you would expect in a holiday home from home, including fully equipped kitchen, cable TV with a full range of English and foreign channels, DVD and CD player, patio furniture on both the patio and the sun terrace, and barbeque facilities that are perfect for warm summer evenings by the pool. It is located on the fabulous Polaris World La Torre golf resort just 2 - 3 minutes walk from the resort town centre making it close to all the amenities the resort has to offer.

La Torre Golf Resort is situated in the region of Murcia in south-east Spain. Murcia is a largely unspoilt region that has lots of interesting places to visit and explore. It offers blue-flag beaches around the Mar Menor lagoon just 20 minutes drive away where you will find bars, shops & restaurants and a beach front promenade that adjoins the towns of San Javier, Santiago de la Ribera and Los Alcázares. The provincial capital city of Murcia is just 30 minutes drive away and has excellent shops and a fascinating history ready to be explored. For those who like shopping the ultra modern shopping malls of Nueva Condomina and Dos Mares can be found just 35 and 15 minutes drive away respectively, or you can explore lively markets in the surrounding towns and villages every day of the week. For those interested in exploring further afield many towns such as Cartagena, Mazzaron and Orihuela can be found within less than an hours drive as can the beautiful Sierra de Espuña national park.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices include the provision of bed linen and towels, on-site support from our property management company and professional cleaning on arrival and departure. Mid holiday cleans can also be arranged at an additional fee of £45 and change of linen at £25 although this is included in the price for bookings of 2 weeks or more. For bookings of more than 4 persons there is an additional charge of £10 p/person to cover additional bed linen and towels. We can also arrange for a cot at £35 p/wk, high chair at £25 p/wk or a package price for both at £55 p/wk. We can also arrange taxis to & from the airport upon request.
  • Please note that we are flexible and can accommodate periods other than complete weeks (e.g. 10 days) in which case rates are charged on a pro-rata basis according to the relevant weekly fee. However please note that there is a minimum fee of £200 for very short breaks.

Notes: The telephone has a Spanish number and can receive calls from anywhere in the world. However it only allows external calls to extension numbers on the resort including other properties and all the resort's restaurants and facilities. Golf: La Torre Golf Resort offers a range of facilities that will satisfy every golfers' needs. Based around a challenging 18-hole Jack Nicklaus designed course it has a beautiful clubhouse with bar and restaurants, pro shop, changing and shower facilities, driving range and practise putting and bunker areas. Golf lessons can be booked with the professional staff individually or in groups. The course at La Torre is part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail which comprises all the Nicklaus designed courses that make up the Polaris World resorts in Murcia. Currently this includes the 18 hole courses at La Torre and El Valle Resort (10 minutes drive) and the 9 hole course at the Mar Menor Resort (25 minutes drive). In time this will extend to all nine courses of the Polaris World resorts in Murcia. Tenants are welcome to play all the courses on the Nicklaus Golf Trail and Polaris offer a shuttle bus service between the three current resorts.

Villa was exactly as stated on the website. Very clean and well maintained to a very high standard. Ideally located on the resort, close enough to all amenities but far enough away for peace and quiet.
An ideal location to explore everything Murcia and the surrounding area has to offer.
A real home from home with the benefits of a good sized swimming pool - this was ideal to keep the kids occupied.
One of our best holidays.
