Private Pool home in a residential area , well fenced for privacy,with caged heated pool at no extra cost.On the patio there are sunbeds, gas BBQ, table chairs for alfresco dining.The family room is central to the property, 42'flat screen cable TV, DVD,Ipod connector,and has a formal dining area next to the fully equipped kitchen, containing 4 ring stove,microwave,coffee makes,dishwasher,toaster, electric kettle.Sleeping space contains the master bedroom is en-suite, cable TV, and small room that has an extra single bed and cot for any little visitors! The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom two single beds, they share the second bathroom. . There are full laundry facilities.All towels and linen provided also a hair dryer. There is Sarasota square mall 3 mins drive away, and a major designer outlet at Ellenton 20 mins, drive away. State nature parks are close too as well as all the wonderful entertainment the city of Sarasota offers for your enjoyment.

Sarasota is a city that has something to please everyone. Our villa is located ideally with amazing beaches all along the gulf coast the nearest only 6 minutes away. Siesta key beach is close to siesta village which has a real seaside holiday atmosphere; the civilized version! Lovely outside bars and restaurants, ice cream parlours and small shops. Downtown Sarasota is really fun, again great shopping and dining, weekend market and an amazing 'whole foods' organic supermarket. Theatres, cinemas and a fantastic library. Quaint local old Florida areas for artists, antiques, cosy restaurants etc. There are tours around the bay on the waterfront alongside water sports and fishing trips all mainly centred around 'marina jacks', a major marina and restaurant complex. Over the Ringling Bridge you find 'Armand circle' a wonderful area of up market shops and more restaurants where you sit outside enjoy the food and wine and watch the world go by. Next to Armand circle is lido key beach.

Our family travelled from IRELAND for the secod visit to the Wrights homes.As usual the home was clean & comfortable.
We love the area & the shopping, & can't wait to return again for a family gathering.
