Our beautiful french rustic style apartment has been our base for the last 5 years. A change to our family (Baby Barnaby!) meant a return to the UK. The villa garden apartment (1 of only 4 in the building) is situated in a lovely peaceful area of Juan Les Pins, yet is only 15 minutes walk to the beaches, train station, shops & restaurants of glamorous fun & family friendly Juan Les Pins/Antibes. The garden terrace & outside decking area is sunny all day, with a unique cold misting system in place to cool you down on those lovely Cote D'azur days, whilst you enjoy the peace on the sun loungers. There is secure parking for one car, private laundry room with dryer and BBQ available. The two double bedrooms (one with TV) are simply furnished with lovely comfortable beds & hand painted furniture from a local artisan. The french rustic kitchen has the luxury of SMEG appliances, hand-painted tiles & ample utensils etc. The lounge is comfortable & cosy & opens out onto the patio & dining area

The town of Juan Les Pins/Antibes on the French Riviera is a fun, lively and busy holiday resort town. Close to the glamorous Cap D'Antibes it's full of great bars and restaurants, shops and boutiques and both private beach clubs where you can rent a sun lounger for the day and be treated like a celebrity or the great family friendly public beaches. Antibes has a huge port filled with boats of all sizes from the local fishing boats to the super yachts of the rich and famous. Access to the apartment is easy, we'll be happy to supply you with a map with full directions. The journey from Nice Airport takes around 20 mins.

Notes to the rental rates

Gas, electricity, water, linen and towels (no beach towels are included, guests are asked not to take bath towels to the beach please) are included in the rental. Final cleaning is also included, however any excessive cleaning required after the rental period will be charged.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in advance to confirm the booking. The full balance is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. Failure to make timely payment in accordance with the terms and conditions will be noted as cancellation of the contract by the renter.
A security deposit of 800 euros is required to cover any breakages, damage etc. this will be required before arrival.
Any damage to the property or its contents must be noted to the owners immediately, to ensure replacements or repairs can be made to the satisfaction of both parties.

Juan Les Pins/Antibes Cote D'Azur French Riviera
The French Riviera has long been a popular holiday destination for everybody from families to film stars. There are so many places to visit in this area. The beautiful old walled town of St Paul de Vence is around 35 minutes away by car, explore the galleries and cobbled streets in this historic town. Nice is the largest town in the area and has a newly renovated promenade where the old and young mix, either watching the world go by or skating up and down on Rollerblades! Cannes is a great day shopping and has weekend markets full of antiques and brocante. St Tropez is around an hour away by car or 15 minutes if you take the helicopter service from Nice airport! St Tropez has a lovely market on a Tuesday and Saturday and there's great beach clubs on nearby Pampelone beach. Monaco is about an hour away in the other direction, this unique principality is also accessible by train from Juan Les Pins. Visit the casino and spend your winnings at the famous Cafe de Paris in the main square.

As airline crew both myself and my husband have travelled the world, and yet we have to say this is one of most favourite places to be. We have had and continue to have a great time on the Cote D'Azur and we hope you do to!
