This beautiful rural stone house, with fruit trees and gardens, is situated in a privileged location: just a short walk away from the picturesque town of Pollensa near the Roman bridge, in the exclusive area of La Font. It has a large swimming pool, a big well kept garden, and a playroom for children. With a tasteful interior, this villa has enough room for all to relax: two living rooms, one of them suitable as a working room with internet connection and a work desk, a separate little house for children to play in, and all modern comforts, including a big kitchen perfectly equipped. Three rooms are on the top floor. The master bedroom features a spectacular balcony which offers a beautiful view of the Puig de Maria, Pollensa's emblematic mountain. There is also a room downstairs. The outdoor dining area is a delight for romantic dinners, fresh and shady. All famous Pollensa beaches are a short car ride away, as is also the golf course.

Located on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Pollensa, this villa is a very short walking distance from the old Roman bridge, so that it has the taste of living in the countryside, and at the same time the facilities of town are easily available. In order to go to the beach, you need a car or bus, and you'll be there in ten minutes. Pollensa town has been renowned by the many painters who lived there, and it has many galleries, and a wonderful classical music festival in the summer. There is also an excellent golf course just a few minutes away by car. Puerto Pollensa is just 5 kilometres away, and it offers the possibility to sail, water glide, wind surf, and all different types of fun you can get in a beach resort.

Lovely spacious villa with a wonderful pool. Great outdoor terrace perfect for gettng together at meal times.

The master bedroom has a fabulous sun terrace, which provides both sun and shade in the late afternoon and early evening.

The villa is within easy walking distance of Pollensa - perfect for wandering in for coffee and croissants in the morning.

The owner was very welcoming and made our stay in the villa very enjoyable.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Tourists without a Car

We stayed for one week in this lovely house. The location was perfect, as we could walk into the old town at night (many lovely shops, galleries and restaurants), and explore the many surrounding towns and beaches by car in the day. A very relaxing holiday, the children loved it (great garden with pool!), very stylish interior and everything we needed for a great holiday. We would love to return!!!
