This first floor apartment has 2 double bedrooms, spacious living room/dining room, bathroom and laundry and a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher. The apartment also has a large balcony with table and chairs perfect for el fresco dining. 5 minutes walk to public transport which takes you to Antibes, Juan les Pins and Cannes nearby.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender, or by French cheque. There is a 60 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure .Towels and linens are provided including. On arrival you will be met at the apartment, and given a set of keys. The security and key deposit of 300 euros (or equivalent in pounds) will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure less the 60 euros for cleaning.
    Please note that check ins after 9pm. can not be facilitated.

We were happy to stay in your apartment for 2 weeks. It’s spacious, cosy, with all necessary amenities, 5 minutes walk from the beach & corner supermarket, quiet, good view, nice balcony for relaxing in the evening. Parking a bit of a challenge. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Nice walks nearby around the headland nature reserve and into town along the coast road. Lots of interesting trees & shrubs around.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
