Our one bedroom South-West facing apartment with sun all day .offers bright & comfortable accommodation. with memory mattress dunlopillows for a comfortable nights sleep, Take a romantic stroll to Cabopina marina with restaurants, bars, beautiful beach, fish, enjoy water sports or walk along the environmentally protected sand dunes. Marbella mars gardens have 2 adult and two children pools open May 1st -31 October. Walk a few steps from pools to the beach for a swim or paddle in the sea and access the beach cafe/bar serving meals, drinks & ice creams all day long during the holiday season. beds for hire under brollies by beach cafe. A bridge to the front of the complex leads to shops, supermarkets (with food from UK ) fresh bread cakes, newsagents, restaurants, video rental, medical cntre cafe in the square (a great meeting place). The apartment is on reception level in a quiet complex 3rd level from terrace with view over pool . lifts to pool/gardens air con sat t.v

  • All lets over 2 weeks or more weeks will be discounted . Please note this is for 2 people sharing bedroom. an extra £25 will be charged for each extra sofa bed. used. optional choice bringing linen towels for sofa bed guests, will save £25 extra charge.
  • Long winter let. £200 deposit balance 8 weeks before departure. Key deposit £100 deposited on departure returned on cleaners checkout and key returned. Short lets add £25 per extra people 1 or 2 sharing sofabed.
