This sleek, modern and refreshingly quiet apartment is on the top floor in a beautiful building called the Grand Hotel which is situated on Place De Gaulle - the largest square and heart of Antibes - 50m from the bus station, 300m from the train station, 500m from the sea and beaches , 5 mins from the beaches of Juan les Pins and close to all the shops. This apartment gets a lot of sun and includes air-conditioning, TV, British sky HD, DVD Surround, Internet and fully equiped kitchen and washing facilities.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be met by sender, or by French cheque. There is a 60 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure .Towels and linens are provided including. On arrival you will be met at the apartment, and given a set of keys. The security and key deposit of 300 euros (or equivalent in pounds) will be collected in cash at this time, to be returned on departure less the 60 euros for cleaning.
    Please note that check ins after 9pm. can not be facilitated.
