The property enjoys full sun all day, near the Montuïri center. Close to shops and restaurants. Amenities and only very shorts drive (five minutes). Private Pool, with sun bathing area with lounger and chairs. The house is of 100 m2 and has a private terraces. Air conditioning and heating. The Fantastic location for winter.

This house is placed in the center of Majorca, to 15 minutes of the most wonderful beaches of the island: It Is Trenc, Ses Covetes, s'Estanyol, Colònia of Saint George ' beaches virgins'. Montuïri has lots of restaurants and bars mainly around the central village square. It is very pretty and has plenty of shops, banks and local market Factory of handcrafted Glass Khan Gordiola to 5 minutes. Factory of Pearls Orquídea and Jeweller's shop Lapis. Good communication by road to visit the famous Caves of the Drach of Porto Cristo. Montuïri is known by your delicious typical Majorcan sausages, as the sobrasada, botifarrones, etc.
