Arrivals are accepted any day of the week. On receipt of a Reservation Enquiry for the Edinburgh city centre apartment a Booking Form will be completed and a Provisional Booking will be held for up to 5 days pending confirmation. On confirmation, a deposit of £100 is required. The full cost of the holiday is due on arrival at the Edinburgh city centre apartment. The Confirmation Deposit of £100 will be retained as a refundable deposit to cover damages, loss or charges due, and will be returned following departure subject to the terms and conditions upon which it is held. Cancellation charges for the city centre apartment are applied as follows: More than 6 weeks prior to arrival - all monies refunded 6 to 4 weeks prior to arrival - Confirmation deposit of £100 charged. We can accept Sterling cheques or direct bank transfers to a UK account or to a French account. We can also send PAYPAL Invoices.

The apartment is designed to sleep four comfortably but the sofa bed can be used for families with three children.
