Notes to the rental rates

• Reservations can be secured with a 50% deposit in advance. Deposits can be paid by cash on arrival, wire transfer from your bank, or by credit card though Paypal. Be aware that Paypal will add a 3% charge that will be added to your total. Payment by wire transfer or Paypal must be completed by a minimum of two (2) weeks in advance of arrival.
  Balance of the bill is due on arrival in cash if not prepaid.
  There is a cleaning fee of $175 for each rental and will be added to the total.
  A security deposit of $500 is collected in advance or on arrival and returned at departure so long as no damage has occurred.

Checking in & out

It would be convenient if you have use of a cellular phone here in the United States. You can call me from the airport so I have a good understanding of your arrival time at the condo. I will be waiting for you at the condo when you arrive to welcome and familiarize you with the condo. I will be your contact for all your needs while you are staying at the condo. There is no on site management beyond myself. I will return for your check out. After a visual inspection for damages your deposit will be returned and you will be one your way. In the unlikely event damages have occurred your security deposit will be held until repairs have been made. Any remaining funds would then be forwarded to you.

Parking

There are three assigned parking spaces in the garage close to the lifts. Your parking spaces are numbers 7, 8, and 9. Large motor home campers can not be accommodated on site.

Golf Information:

Golf courses are in the area but not near by. There is a practice course and putting green located at the Hyatt hotel across the street
