The ideal combination to combine the seaside with the countryside

The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with air conditioning, direct access in to terrace and with an adjacent private bathroom. There is also a living-room and a kitchen (8/10 persons). Two independent apartments can be rented, one with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-room and kitchen (4/5 persons). The other with one bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen/living room with divan bed (3/4 persons). On the ground floor there is a laundry room and a bathroom. Outside there is also: a large (300sm) terrace that surrounds the house, a roof terrace, a gazebo, a barbecue and a wood oven. Sàfrala is not just a house for summer vacations: thanks to the moderate climate you can enjoy stay there even in the winter months. During your stay you can also take advantage of yoga sessions, cranio-sacral therapy, anti stress, aromatic, reflexology plantar and hot stone massages. Although these should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

Sampieri, an ancient seaside village, is famous for the wide and long (3km) beach of fine golden sand, bordered by dunes. Sampieri is 2 km away from the villa and offers various services. While the beach has some equipped areas and there is: a restaurant, a cafè, a club and a pinewood, which has facilities such as park benches, tables and fountains. Famous baroque centers Scicli, Modica, Ragusa and Noto are within easy reach of the house as is Syracuse with the natural reserves of the river Irminio, Vendicari and Porto Ulisse, with various local food and wine producers: from wine to Modica chocolate.
