Apartment holiday rental with your own pool and sea view. Very quite area In the famous village Haut de Cagnes 15 kilometres from Nice. 5 minutes walking to the restaurants in Haut de Cagnes.Le Petit Artiste is an independent apartment with a separate entrance in Villa Artiste situated on a hill top next to the village of Haut de Cagnes. The villa has a large swimming pool overlooking the Mediterranean and the castle of Haut de Cagnes. Access to the pool is granted for guests in the apartment, as well as in the villa itself. Outside the apartment there is a private, sheltered garden space with a dining table. This is a lovely place to see the sun set over the Provencal mountains! Le Petit Artiste has a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower). The combined living- and dining room has a sofa bed for 2, a dining table and a TV. French doors open onto the small garden/terrace. Guest toilet. The elegant kitchen, also opening onto the terrace, is fully modern equipped.
