Making it ideal for groups and families with children, pool is completely fenced. Situated 2 km. from the centre of the picturesque villages of St. Barbara de Nexe, Estoi and Bordeira where you will find all necessary amenities, such as bars and restaurants, a bank, medical centre, post office and small supermarkets. Only 15 mins. Drive from some of the Algarve’s most attractive beaches and best golf courses in Southern Europe, it makes a perfect base from which to explore what the region has to offer.

Notes: Has a completely fenced infinity effect pool, with outside BBQ and terracing. There is a children’s play area (slide swing etc.) and a small basketball pitch. The villa is used to small children being around and can provide all the equipment if requested. The utility room has a washing machine/dryer, sink and small fridge for drink and BBQ eating. It can also be used as a children’s playroom if needed with toys, games and own TV and DVD player. There is access to a small patio which leads to the pool.
