Set in its own peaceful garden of lemon, olive and cypress trees, 'L'Uliveto' is a comfortable and panoramic villa from which to explore San Remo, the flower capital of Europe, the picturesque coastline of Italian and nearby French Riviera. It is set in the protected area of the Black Cape Nature Park . It is surrounded by the scent of the Mediterranean maquis. Situated 500 metres above sea-level, it offers incredible views across the Mediterranean. Just few miles from the broad sandy beaches it is a perfect base for anyone who wants to combine the peaceful bliss of nature with the sophistication of a European seaside vacation. Wake up each morning to the sound of birdsong, enjoy a leisurely breakfast on this large terrace, then hop in the car and before you know you are in the midst of glamorous San Remo or Monte Carlo. The large terrace, equipped with deck chairs and shadowed by a large umbrella, is also used for sunbathing, reading, and relaxing.

The territory of San Remo is like a jagged seashell that encloses a piece of Ligurian coast just 40 minutes from Montecarlo and 1 hour's drive from Nice airport. It extends over 54.68sq km including five picturesque medieval hamlets: Bussana, Poggio, Verezzo, San Romolo and Coldirodi. A meteorological situation perpetually favourable shows 750 millimeters rainfall only per annum with mean temperature of 10 Celsius degrees in Winter. Due to the climate there are lots of lemon and orange trees and flowers grow everywhere. Springtime starts in February with hills covered with blossoming yellow mimosa. Summers are mildly warm and there is a pleasant breeze. In winter Italian Riviera is blessed with a temperate, dry climate . Because of this it was “discovered” by the English one century ago and many people spend winters in this area to get away from the cold and freezing weather of the North. Even on Christmas day you can have your lunch outside.

Come with us on an exciting visit to the pearl of Western Liguria: San Remo with its Liberty Casino, lovely beaches and classy boutiques. A truly historic town, San Remo has long been a favourite with foreign visitors thanks to an exceptionally mild and stable climate, delightful gardens and parks with unusual kinds of palms and flowers. Villetta 'L'Uliveto' is on a hill called Black Cape covered in greenhouses where an extraordinary variety of flowers (roses, carnations, etc) are grown. The local 18 hole golf course and the San Remo Yacht Club show international entertainments. The waters off San Remo teem with marine life of all sorts and are a veritable paradise for scuba diving. ............This property is on Holiday Rentals web site from 28th February 1997 !!...................

You will find a large food store with fresh fish, vegetables, excellent wines 10 minutes' drive. It is called 'Coop' and it has a private underground parking. On Tuesday and Saturday morning the practically inescapable appointment is the gaily-coloured itinerant market in the zone of Piazza Eroi Sanremesi.

You cannot miss 'Ulisse'restaurant just 300 metres over Villetta L'Uliveto. Highly recommended for the quality food and pleasant atmosphere. Private parking. Try the 'Pennette all'Ulisse' (pasta with a large variety of fishes). Would you like to taste a complete menu from appetizers to hand made desserts at a very reasonable price? Gabry restaurant in Coldirodi Village (just 5 minutes' drive) offers so many dishes that you will be surprised!

It reveals the origin of its British architects: the green of hole nine is, in fact, the furthest point from the club house.
