The resort contains a selection of outlet malls, restaurants and golf courses, and the swimming pavilion sunbathing terraces are a great place to relax after a busy day at Disney, or a heavy night out on the town - the vibrant nightlife of Kissimmee Old Town is just a short distance away.

Kissimmee is just a couple of kilometres up the road, and has a good enough selection of shopping malls, golf courses and museums to keep the whole family entertained. Another nearby option is Lake Kissimmee State Park. With 13 miles of hiking and equestrian trails it gives you a chance to experience the wildlife that lives around Florida’s third largest lake, and offers something a little different than the theme park madness of Disney.

If you fancy heading to the beach whilst on holiday at Regal Oaks, you can get there in less than an hour. Orlando (25 miles) and Tampa (69 miles) are also within driving distance if you fancy hitting a big city, getting you away from the Disney area for a day or two, but within short enough driving time to be able to return to your conveniently-located Regal Oaks accommodation in time for the next day’s activities.
