Have just returned from our two week stay at this lovely house at Alenda, we absolutey agree with the positive comments others have already written in their reviews. We are a family of five and we fitted in easily and found everything we could possibly need in a very convieniently situated property.(I know it sounds trivial, but the ample towel supply, both beach and bath, was an enormous plus too as we hate having to pay baggage costs just to keep five people dry!!)
The owners are a pleasure to deal with also and we would definitely have no qualms in recommending this property to others.

Really nice, clean & pefectly equipped villa with well maintained swimming pool. Enough room for whole family. Easy drive to Alicante (20 minutes) or Santa Pola (20 minutes too) where we enjoyed not very crowded beaches. We knew there was no AirCon in the villa but no big deal for us personally. Good support from local agent. I hope we could go there again in the future!

The villa was very clean spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The pool area was very clean and the pool was a good size with the seperate area for the younger non-swimmers. The surroundings and views were lovely and peaceful a real getaway location. A car would be essential for your stay if you would like to visit the surrounding villages/towns. On-site supermarket was excellent and stocked the essentials for a family of 7. We had a really great time and would recommend the property to other families. We would definately return to the villa again.

If you are looking for a quiet, lazy holiday then this is the place for you. We found the villa to have all the essential amenities required to look after and entertain both adults and young children. At the time that we were there we had the shared swimming pool virtually to ourselves. The pool area was clean and tidy. The Alenda golf complex offers access to its clubhouse, which has a tapas restaurant and bar. There is also a small supermarket available. I’d recommend hiring a car, as this is a great base for travelling across Spain. The Spanish coast is only 30 minutes away with its many various beaches.
We found several good walks to the local villages of Ortio and Montfort Del Cid but these are for keen hikers who can put up with the hot temperatures.
We have recommended the villa to family and friends and we hope to return again
