This apartment is ideally located on the main stip in Cabo Roig, it is close to all amenities.

We had booked a 2 bed apartment at Cabo Roig,and were surprised by the size of it,which was great.It was very close to all the restaurants and the beach.The apartment was clean,and felt quite safe which was important as i went with my daughter.Might be a idea to have a list of local attractions to look at.We would stay their again.

thank you for making our months holiday in the Costa Marina apartments so enjoyable. The cleanliness and care taken of the apartments and surrounding area were first class, it is the best apartment complex we have ever stayed in. The location is perfect for all amenities, pool, sea, shopping, restaurants and night life. Also the lovely people that we met in the apartment block and socialising added to our enjoyment of a great holiday.Wendell went past the call of duty when we had an emergency. he is a treasure for the Company to have as a manager/caretaker.
Looking forward to spending another break there in September.

i would like to thank wendell and marie for letting us rent this apartment which was clean and well maintained, we would recommend this apartment to all our friends, it is close by for bars restaurants and yet it was not too noisy,you would not need a car as beaches are so close by we will definitely be booking again for the summer and hopefully the weather will be better than last week so once again thank you steve/lynda

Stayed in two bedroom apartment for 2 weeks with our 2 girls (17&10 years)
The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained as were the pool and complex which was also very secure! The only down side was that the pool did not open until 10am which meant that it was already getting very hot by then, it would have been nice to have had somewhere to relax earlier in the morning! There were plenty of sun-beds however it cost 2euros a day to hire the beds ( we had not been told about this beforehand ) and this really added to the cost of the holiday as we spent a few hours by the pool most days. Our apartment overlooked 'the strip' but there was never too much noise that bothered us.
Highly recommend Asian Chic which was great value and excellent food, Sunrise was also good but more expensive! We found a great wee local bar across the strip and opposite the Costamarina complex called 'Buleria' owned by a guy called Daniel who was a great host!, It had Flamenca dancers on some nights and the drinks were cheaper and stronger than we found in the bars on the strip!
Overall we had a great holiday and I would recommend the apartment as being basic and reasonably priced but with everything that you need in it!. The electricity tended to trip a lot if we tried to boil the kettle when the air-con was on though!!
