Another wonderful Tuscan adventure,stunning views with just the best sunsets!!
Casa Fiore was a fantastic hoilday home,very comfy beds,a great sofa,very homely. Great location,lovely pool and nice restaurants nearby and 2 large supermarkets.

A Special Retreat in Tuscany

I returned from our stay at Casa Fiore, wishing we had rented it for more than one week! It offers travellers, an opportunity to experience the beauty of rural Tuscany, and at the same time, be close to two of it's most famous cities - Florence and Lucca. We appreciated all that Christine did in advance, to make this a special trip for us. Claudia, the local local contact, was also most gracious and helpful. Casa Fiore, itself, is set in a spectacular setting, and is maintained to a high standard, with lovely furnishings, and everything one would need in the kitchen of a holiday home. An unforgettable place to stay!

We stayed at Casa Fiore in May with our 2 children aged 5 & 8 and had simply the best holiday. The house is beautiful with everything you could possibly need. The location is stunning and the pool was perfect for our family. We often had the pool to ourselves. Thank you so much Chris for all of your kind hospitality and you know that we intend to return as soon as we can!

Fantastic location, and a comfortable, clean, well equipped ( all needs catered for ) Casa. Lovely to return to after a days excursion exploring the medieval towns and villages and drinking in all the breath taking scenery and the odd bottle of vino on the terrace whilst watching the sun set over the mountains. Fabulous views from Casa Fiore's garden and just a few paces to the pool for the required dip to cool down in the August heat! I can't image finding another spot so idyllic and I'm not going to try! Christine has certainly got a gem here and no doubt that Casa Lucia is in the same vein, we might try that one next time.When we next visit Tuscany, hopefully in a couple of years time we will be in touch. We were able to visit the usual tourist suggestions from here and did some tiny roads exploring too , well worth a try.

Owner's Response: We were amused with the heading "Batteries recharged couple" and many of our guests say they have a relaxing holiday at Casa Fiore (and Casa Lucia see 16914) - even with children! All our guests are most welcome - especially our "regulars".

We had a fantastic holiday in Tuscany and really enjoyed our stay at Casa Fiore - the villa is lovely, well furnished and comfortable beds. A great location by the pool and had everything that we needed. It was great to open the shutters evey morning and see such spectacular views. we had a great time lazing by the pool and exploring the local area.
The villa has good information about the area. The welcome pack was great to have on arrival in addition the supply of basics like dishwasher tablets, bin liners, soap, hairdryer etc were really welcomed
Very high standard and would recommend for a well located and relaxing holiday. Only 10 minute drive to Lucca, 35 to Pisa, 45 mins to Florence, Sienna 1hour (by autostraza).

Lovely holiday in Tuscany

Within an hour of arriving, my husband said "I would definitely come back here!" This is a lovely little house with stunning views and a beautiful pool.Both are very well maintained. The local village of Monte Carlo is not at all touristy, which we liked.No-one speaks English but everyone was extremely friendly. When the lady who runs the Alimentare had no eggs left to sell me, she ran out of the shop to the other Alimentare to get me some!
We are a family of four with two teenage children and would recommend this property for a relaxing holiday.

Owner's Response: This delightful family stayed for a week at each of our properties (Casa Fiore 10317 & Lucia 16914) - we also arranged Italian tuition for their daughter and the father which worked out well for them. The family enjoyed staying in both places and you would also be welcome to stay with us. We have many guests who have stayed at both properties three or four times. We have been with Holiday Rentals since 2004.

Dear Christine, thank you that we were able to stay in your very loverly holiday home. We enjoyed the location, the view to the mountains, but also to Montecarlo village. From this place easy trips can be made to the coast (Viareggio) and to the old cities. With two couples we enjoyed the good beds and the bathrooms. The water of the pool was lovely due to many hours of sunshine. You providided us with lots of information before our trip but also in the house a detailed brochures was available.
We will recommend your property to our family and friends in The Netherlands. Dank je wel en hopelijk tot ziens.

We have just come back from a very nice spring holiday in Tuscany. We had a very nice time in your house which was an excellent "base camp" for excursions in the area. The house is very clean and very comfortable, indeed! Everything is there. We enjoyed perfect sunshine in April and the family was happy! Everything went very well. Thank you for the perfect customer service including the welcome basket. The children enjoyed the glass of Nutella which housekeeper Claudia put in the basket, while the parents enjoyed the good wine!
We are happy to recommend your house to all that are interested in staying in northern Tuscany.

2006 guest book * We had a fantastic time at your wonderful villa, it was so lovely and peaceful we did not want to come home. The weather was fantastic. Went to Florence by train from Pescia, very easy and had a wonderful day. Next day Lucca, then chilled out by the pool. It was so lovely to sit outside in the evenings and see the mountains. Thank you for a lovely relaxing time at Casa Fiore. (Kent couple, June). Fab holiday, loved Casa Fiore great location, beautiful house, kids loved it, great location for children! I am going to tell all our friends. (Family Scotland, July 06 re booked 2007 & 2008!). Had a great holiday, Casa Fiore was beautiful. Looking out of bedroom window like being in heaven (Family Aug 06). We had a fabulous time in your house - it was perfect! Both housekeepers absolutely lovely. (Family Aug 06). Couple staying June '06 have booked for Sept '07 - Casa Fiore is perfect for couples & ideal for families & friends. Would you like to join them?
