Had a wonderful time in this lovely condo
Peter could not do enough for us and every one we came in contact with was helpful and friendly.
Heritage Oaks is a great place for a relaxing holiday and the golf was great.
The condo was spacious and very well appointed with wonderfull views cant wait to return

We had a great time at Heritage Oaks. Our apartment was beautiful and spacious with everything at hand you could possibley need. The view from the window over the lake and golf course were breathtaking. We played golf on wonderful courses, teeming with wildlife. We swam in warm swimming pools. We met and made friends with lots of wonderful and helpful people. Thank you Peter and Heather for letting your apartment to us. We can't wait to come back.

We took our two boys aged 15 and 12 on our first holiday to Florida and had a fantastic time at this lovely apartment. The freedom for us all to do our own thing at Heritage Oaks was great and everybody was very friendly - we ALL played 3 rounds of golf in the heat of the summer and loved the course and facililties. The "den" was a great hit and meant we could all have our own space whilst "chilling" from the humidity. Thank heavens for the AC and screens - we stayed cool and didn't see one insect. Can't wait to return.

We have rented this appartment a few times now, the owners are very helpful and gave us so much information before we went - we are very impressed by their organisation, they have thought of everything, we have really enjoyed our stays here. The golf is excellent, and the access to the other reciprocal programme courses is fantastic. The gated community is very safe & clean, the staff are all friendly and made as feel really welcome. There are lots of great restaraunts close by, plenty shops and things to do.
The beaches in the area are fantastic, and the wild life is incredible. As a fisherman and a golfer - the Sarasota area is paradise to me. Somehow even the beer tastes better there....
I would recommend booking here to anyone thinking of visiting the area, my only regret is that we only visit once a year.....

We found the apartment very clean and had every thing you would need.Very quiet, pool just across the road.
Every person you saw was very friendly, most of all was the owners they are both very nice people and was happy to help you any way they could.
I would recommend this property to every body.

Wondeful holiday in a spacious comfortable apartment with great views of the golf course and wildlife. The amenities at Heritage Oaks are first class and combined with a friendly atmosphere, great weather and excellent golf it is a holiday we will remember for a very long time.

We had three wonderful vacations in this condo. It is really equipped with everything you need. It is very quiet and there is a lovely view from the balcony over the lake and the golf course. The pool is only a short walk away. There are two bikes in the garage and we like to ride around in the (gated) community. We have already booked to come back soon.

We found this property on the Holiday Rentals website in 2004 and have returned four more times with another visit planned for 2008.The apartment is beautifully situated overlooking a lake and golf fairway,it is very well appointed and is oh so spacious.The owner's description cannot really do justice to this apartment and the more you stay there the more you like it.We are not golfers but if you do play then I am assured by people who know that the recently re modelled course will be one to enjoy.We love to go out around the gated community on the bicycles provided by the owners and to spot the Forida wildlife which is evident everywhere. This apartment is just out into the country but a ten minute drive finds shops,restaurants and just a little further finds the beaches which are excellent.The owners of this property do everything possible to assist the renter and nothing is too much trouble.
