A real home from home

Review Submitted: October 10, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
This is a beautiful property, in a lovely quiet location. We have styaed there twice and are currently planning a third trip.

The house is exceedingly well maintained and is fully equipped with evrything that you can think of. The property is cleaned to a very high standard and the pool anf gardens are regularly maintained.

There are a number of restaurants closeby and the beach of Arenal and the town of Javea are only a few minutes drive away.

A hire car would in my view be essential but then that allows you the freedom to go further afield. The villa is almost exactly half way between Valencia and Alicante so flying to either airport is an option.

We have stayed ther in both July and August and had beautiful weather on both occassions, the villa's owners Steve & Margaret are very helpful - all in all a really beautiful property.

We stayed at Casa Alicia September 08 and it was so beautiful. It was fairly private with everything you could possibly wish for, it was like home from home. The pool is ideal for children with the steps making it easy to access the pool. It was up in the hills which was initially quite hard to find in the dark, but once we got our barings it was fine. This was our fourth villa holiday and the best so far. We will definitely be returning.

We have stayed at Casa Alicia twice and on both occasions have had a fantastic holiday. This is a modern bright, clean and well furnished villa. We received a welcome pack containing groceries including wine and beer. Our linen amd towels were changed half way through our holiday and the pool was regularly maintained during our stay. The outside space and gardens are very well kept and the pool is beautiful, the kids loved the dolphin tiled at the bottom of the pool. There was a barberque available for us to use. The Villa is south facing as the sun shone from early morning to late evening over the garden and pool, although there is plenty of shade under the Naya if we wanted. Information was made available for operating the TV, washing machine, disher washer etc and washing powder and tablets for disher washer. Leaflets and recommendations in the visitors book were left for us to read on places of interest in the local area and the Costa Blanca. The Villa is in a quiet area and yet only a short drive into the resort where there is a large sandy beach and plenty of places to eat and drink. There are a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We would highly recommend this Villa and would not hesitate to go back again and again.
Kind regards
Yvonne, Tony, Martin and Sarah

We have stayed at Casa Alicia for 2 years and have booked for 2009 already.
It is a magical place, peace, quiet and a wonderful feeling of home. The villa is equipped with everything you could ever wish.
Everywhere was absolutely spotless.
The outside area is so well designed with plenty of shade if required around the side of the house and on the terrace.
The pool is beautiful although a little deep in the shallow end. The gardens are beautiful and very well maintained.

An absolute gem.
Many thanks to Steve & Marg.
