Quality Time

Villa Cespedes exceeded all our expectations - ample room for us 6 adults with plenty of storeage space and a well-equipped kitchen. A car would be necessary but the location of the villa offered stunning panoramic views and the bbq area and pool provided plenty of relaxation. There are a couple of supermarkets within a short drive and bakers, butchers, bars and restaurants can be found in the nearby village of Peymeinade. The delightful mountain village of Cabris is just a 5 minute drive from the villa, with great restaurants (booking recommended). We visited several resorts along the coast from St Tropez to Menton and delighted in hilltop villages such as Eze and St Paul de Vence.
As our son and daughter have lived away for several years, we all met up on this holiday to spend some quality time together and it truly was quality! We would be happy to recommend Villa Cespedes to others and hope to return again soon.

Family vacation

We had the pleasure of staying in the house late july 2009. The house was wonderfull, the view outstanding, and breathtaking. We were 2 families, and there was enough space for everybody. The house was clean, and the the kids loved the pool, as well as the little sand box. I will not hesitate in recomending this house to families with small children. The small towns around are just around the corner, however a car is needed. We all enjoyed the pool area, because of the pool, as well as the view. We are allready planning next summer vacation, and we intend to return.

Stunning Villa

Review Submitted: October 9, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
My only regret about this holiday is that it wasn't long enough. The views are absolutley stunning; the villla is equally as pleasing. There is everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The beauty of this villa is that there are so many places to relax and must admit I spent half the time figuring which area was best. Having paid the best part of Eu 1950 I have to say that it was worth every penny. Thankfully we managed to tear ourselves away to visit Cannes and Monte Carlo but when you consider there is so much more to see and do, a week is sadly not long enough. I will (hopefully) be back soon.

We had a wonderful time at the villa! It had very high standard and the views were amazing! We spent most of the days by the pool, and most of the evenings at the terrace with the outdoor grill. We strongly recommend this house to others, and we are hoping to visit it again next summer.

Villa Cespedes.

Our holiday at Villa Cespedes was fantastic. The location was perfect for visiting the main coastal towns of Nice, Monaco, Antibes and Cannes; while inland you are close to many walking routes and small villages. Cabris is only a five minute drive and has lots of lovely cafes and restaurants and the most amazing views. The property is a large luxury villa which has everything you could possibly need and is spotlessly clean providing excellent value for money. You do need a car to get around but all amenities are within a close driving range. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday - we'll be back!

Comfortable villa with stunning views and pool

L&J Helsinki, Finland
Review Submitted: July 8, 2008 Date of Stay: June 2008
The property was very clean and Scandinavian furnished (from Ikea). The rooms and furnitures were very functional, interior-decorations good-tasted and the electronics high quality. However the TV should have been bigger! The kitchen was the best one we have seen in our holidays in France. The views from the villa were stunning over the valley, Cannes and the Lake Cassien. The sun shines from 7 am. till 7 pm. to the pool. The pool was big enough for swimming and diving (2 meters from the other side). The only minus was that the village and the boulangerie were too far for walking.

Summer 2004: We had a very pleasant stay at Villa Cespedes with the facilities being immaculate and the pool and views excellent. We also found it an ideal base for getting around the surrounding area, seeing the Gorges du Verdon, St. Tropez and Monte Carlo. We would happily recommend it to others. C. Edgar

Summer 2005: We both wanted to let you know that we had a lovely holiday and the villa was absolutely gorgeous. The views took your breath away and the surrounding area and villages were lovely. The people we met were all very kind and helped us with our French. We will certainly be coming back. A. Mottram-Playfoot
