Happy holidays in Nice

My husband and I rented this apartment long term over the winter and loved every minute of our stay. The apartment is beautiful and the views are breathtaking and constantly changing. It was a delight to watch the yachts coming in and out of the port and in February the carnival floats gathered right under our balcony before setting off down the promenade. The apartment is extremely spacious and easily accommodated all of our eager visitors. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and have told the owner that I will happily act as a reference.

for people who come to the Côte d'Azur in search of the "ordre et beauté, luxe, calme et volupté" of Baudelaire and of all those artists that left their impressions here in this neighbourhood, and that find a perfect match in the limpidity, airiness and subtility of the apartment of Linda that, of course, is only an expression of her own exquisite taste (that moreover she most kindly is willing to share with perfect strangers as her guests). I won't say more because in fact I would rather keep this treasure for myself ...

There was six of us staying in the apartment and the moment we came in we felt like at home; the apartment was spacious, clean, trendy, the view was great and everything was as we wished. We recommend this apartment for everyone looking to stay in Nice.

i would strongly suggest that anyone looking to stay in Nice books this apartment. the property is immaculate. it's location could not be better. the owner is extremely helpful and kind. the apartment has generous spaces. i was with three generations of my family and it suited all of us. Nice itself offered much more than i anticipated, again lots for everyone. there are so many lovely restaurants nearby, you would need to stay a very long time to try a different one each night! the views from the apartment are incredible. watching the light change on the water and hills was magical. i can't recommend it highly enough and i can't wait to return!

We would thoroughly recommend this in terms of both the apartment and the location. The apartment was beautifully furnished and spacious - we were a party of six. The location was ideal - just a short walk to the old town and a fifteen minutes walk along the promenade to the main town. The views from the balcony were fantastic - always something to look at. Linda the owner was charming and very helpful. We had a lovely stay and look forward to returning soon!

Spacious, airy and beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Our teens loved the marble floors and high ceilings and we loved the location--5 minute walk to the beach or Old Nice and even less to boat or bus tours and excellent restaurants. Very clean and well-maintained and Linda was extremely helpful and had many tips on places to eat and things to do. We will definitely return!

Beautiful apartment - very spacious and light with lovely views front and back. It looks even better than the photos. Lovely linen, two hair-dryers provided. Linda, the owner has thought of everything and recommended a boat trip to us and a very special restaurant that I am keeping secret! We've been to Nice several times and this is by far the nicest apartment we've rented.
