Reviews of Property: Luxury Air Conditioned 3 Bedroom Apartment

The apartment was superb - very well located for all
facilities (supermarkets and beach in very close vicinity), beautifully equipped and spotlessly clean. We could have not asked for anything better and Brian could not have done anything more as a host right down to the contact he made while we were in Javea to check that all was ok. The customer service and attention to detail was the best I have experienced when booking holiday accommodation.

The pool was area was excellent and very quiet during our stay - so much so that we actually preferred it to the beach.

I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment to friends and colleagues who may be thinking of visiting the Alicante area in the future.

I last stayed in Javea 30 years ago and given all the developments that have occurred throughout Spain it is nice to see that in many ways Javea has changed very little - for the good!

This is a superb apartment. We are a family of 5 with 3 children (7,6 & 2) and found Brian's holiday home to be perfect in every way. The location meant that we could easily walk to the Arenal beach / promenade in 5-10 mins so the hire car was left unused for most of the week. With the road-train stopping on the canal bridge, we didn't even bother with the car when we went to the port in the evening. The whole apartment is really well equiped and we also found it to be cool in the daytime even without using the air-con. The spacious layout meant there was loads of space for the kids to play during siesta time (good board games in the cupboard!) and the balcony was great for relaxing / eating meals. Very comfortable beds, modern decor, quiet location - we could go on and on.... Javea is a great resort and this apartment makes an ideal base. Thanks again for all your help Brian - we are all very depressed to be back in gloomy England.

Magnifique appartement d'une qualité et d'une propreté exceptionnelle. Que du haut de gamme dans les matériaux utilisés (y compris l'équipement de la cuisine). Climatisation Daikin avec programmation (bruyante sur la terrasse, nécessitant son arrêt, ce qui n'est pas du tout génant). Nous avons demandé une table extérieure que nous avons obtenue en 4 heures (livrée à l'appartement!). La plage (arenal, là où il faut être) est à 350 mêtres, tout se fait à pied. télévision avec plus de 30 chaines satellite, dont plusieurs de sport (rien en Français!). Piscine très agréable (celle qui donne sur la terrasse n'est pas celle de la résidence, mais la vue est superbe). Au milieu du séjour, on vous livre d'autres draps et serviettes et on vous refait les lits! Nous avons l'habitude de louer des appartements haut de gamme en espagne; c'est de loin le meilleur!

For those who are not familiar with french... excellent apartement, very closed to all the facilities (less then 5 minutes by foot). Extraordinary apartement full equiped with very high quality products

My wife and 2 daughters stayed here last year and this is one of the best apartments we've rented over the last 20 years. The owner could not have been more helpful - even rang with a weather update the day before! Apartment big, clean with all mod cons, a good terrace area and parking very easy. Nice to stay somewhere with mainly the local Spanish people too. Also a fantastic location -one of the best in Javea- very quiet but only 10 minutes stroll to the best beach and all the local bars and restaurants.

We have just returned from a week in this lovely apartment - end of August 2008. The property is a short stroll from the beach and all the local shops, restaurants, bars etc but remains a peaceful and quiet location in itself. The apartment lacked nothing, and was clean, well maintained, modern and spacious. The description on the website can't do it justice really. The pool and gardens were on the doorstep almost, which meant we were able to take a dip whenever we pleased without having to lug our "stuff" about with us.

The resort itself is clean and pretty, with a good cross section of nationalities staying in the area. We are a couple in our forties with a little boy aged 5, and we took my parents with us. Despite the range of ages, we were all able to enjoy the resort and its facilties, and we were able to reach other resorts along the coastline very easily by way of the coastal main road, or motorway.

Having spent the latter part of our evenings on the balcony sipping chilled wine and watching the lights glitter off the pools, it is a bit of a bump back down to earth here in rainy old England!

Having just returned from a weeks stay in Javea at this excellent apartment I can wholeheartedly agree with the previous review. The apartment was spotlessly clean,comfortable and fully equipped with all the facilities which will give your holiday that home from home feel.Though we went during the last week of February we had mostly warm sunny days but even though the evening temperatures dipped quite low the apartments aircon/heating system kept us in the comfort zone during the day and evening.Our 4 year old grandson was accompanying us on the holiday and the childrens play area was a real bonus.He spent every morning whilst we were getting ready to go out and about in Javea in the play area with the children of some charming Spanish families who are residents in the development.We had previously visited Javea on 4 occasions and one of the strong points of this apartment is its location.In the past we have had to drive or endure a long trek to the Arenal beach area,but from this apartment it is a very pleasant 5 minute stroll along the marina canal bank to the beach ,shops and restaurants.We shall definitely be visiting Javea again and we would not hesitate booking this same apartment.
