Reviews of Property: Relaxing & private vacation home w/ PRIVATE HEATED pool/spa, 48' flat screen

We have returned several times to Arizona and always stay at this home. We are comfortable and it is very convenient. The home is always clean and well maintained and has everything you need to relax.
It's become our home away from home. We love it!

A great vacation home in a great location. Close to excellent shopping, resturants, golf and main highways. The superb outdoor area and pool are perfect for quiet relaxation or family fun. The villa itself is very well equipped and provides everything you need for a home from home experience. Particularly impressive are the widescreen cable TV, free PC internet connection, the fully equipped kitchen and the high quality furnishings.
The owner provides a perfect balance between excellent on-call service and autonomous freedom to enjoy the delights of his property. Booking the property is extremely easy and straightforward.
The neighbourhood in which the villa is situated is very quiet and pleasant.
We were so impressed with this property and the vacation experienced that we have already booked to return in summer 2009. If you are thinking of coming to the Phoenix area we would recommend that you stay here. It's great value for money, especially for families, and provides you with the freedom and comfort that hotels cannot match.
And did we mention the weather?.....superb!

We have rented this home for a number of years and love the home and the city. We have rented homes in other states and countries and we find this rental to be our favourite. It is well equipped, clean and has everything needed for a great holiday. It is close to good shopping and fantantic restaurants and we always feel at home. We have recommended this home to personal friends who have enjoyed the same experience. Phoenix is not an obvious vacation destination for us Brits. In fact when we told our friends where we were off to their reactions ranged from surprised to thinking we were frankly eccentric. However, Phoenix in general and this house in Ahwatukee in particular made for a great family vacation.
The house is much bigger and better equipped than any thing you would be able to rent in Europe for the same money. I can think of nothing that we needed that wasn't supplied but if you should, the owner is quick to answer any queries and deal with any problems. (The internet was running slow when we were there and he got it fixed the same day we mentioned it in passing.)
The house is light and airy,decorated and furnished in a neutral, comfortable fashion which whilst it is smart and clean does not put you on edge about what damage the children might cause during the course of a normal family holiday!
I think it is important to realise that this property is situated on a residential estate which means supermarkets, drugstores, cinemas,restaurants,malls etc are all close by but traditional tourist ammenities are not on your doorstep. (You will struggle to find somewhere selling postcards for example). That is not to say that there isn't loads to do in Phoenix and the surrounding areas. We have been to Phoenix 3 times now and have been entertained, educated and amazed each time. Museums, waterparks, ballgames and incredible desert scenary are all within easy reach of this property but you will need a car and a good tourist guide. (I'd reccommend Dorling Kindersley.)
A big attraction for us is the Arizona weather and this house and its pool and yard is just perfect for making the most of the sun and heat. Eating your breakfast by the pool in April, when you know back home they are dodging rain showers and even snow, makes for a very satisfying experience!!
This property really "ticked all the boxes" for our family. We had a great vacation.
