'I am back in London after two nights in your fantastic home in Ibiza ...How wonderful and magic a place!!!
I had a great time there and my family is still enjoying your flat .
We were really happy and surprised; you can feel that you were involved in it and succeeded.

Perfect Early Season Stay

Review Submitted: June 2, 2009 Date of Stay: May 2009
Wonderful appartment in a perfect area. Good space, lots of steps and cosycorners. Easy going with 4 persons with such a comfort and safe. Precisely what you need for a 10 day stay. Drink a coffee, eat croissant around the corner in the morning, or if you want take away for on the roof. All in the old, old part of Eivissa. In the evenings, citywalls stroll, walk to the restaurants, walk to the bars (we found the kitchen well equipped but used it only once). Daytime walk to the "little beach". All within 500 mtrs of the place and still plenty left to experience for a next time which I hope to do soon.

perfect ibiza

Review Submitted: April 22, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2008
I've been going to ibiza for many years and thanks to es pasadis have finally found how to do it perfectly.

The apartment is amazingly situated, just at the bottom of the ramp to Dalt Vila, so old town and all that entails without the hike back uphill at 4.30 in the morning, which had been my experience before then. The layout is great, everything you need is there, it's comfortable, stylish, light - and the roof terrace is fabulous; a perfect place to entertain for dinner, drinks, dinner and drinks, more drinks etc etc!

Shops are just outside the door, you fall over the restaurants and bars to get anywhere and you feel absolutely part of ibiza town life, which, as far as i'm concerned is fantastic.

i was slightly worried about noise. there was no need, possibly because everyone has gone off to the clubs by the time i was going to bed and because the air con means that you can close the windows if you like. i was slightly worried about parking, but we managed to find somewhere easily whenever we wanted to park in town otherwise we just used the big car park behind the port.

i've stayed in about 5 or 6 apartments in Ibiza Town, always in the old town and normally in dalt vila and this is simply the best in terms of comfort, style, facilities, situation and charm.

Off-season charm.

Wonderful off-season stay. Eivissa had something of its old charm, in the comfortable and authentic setting of this charming apartment. Countryside luscious and green, full of orange and lemon trees, pine forests, perfect for off-the-beaten track walks and visits, with a mild and relaxing climate. Great for escaping Northern Europe's stress and uncertain Easter weather! We loved it. Florence, Brussels.

Value for money!

We had the pleasure to stay in this apartment in June 2008, and found it to offer everything we were looking for. As they say 'location, location, location', and this was the case! A stroll into Old Town, the harbour, Pacha, the beach. All just minutes away!

The apartment is very comfortable, and one can tell it is a 'home away from home'. All the facilities are present and in good shape! The apartment allows for sleeping in, if one likes to enjoy the nightlife...

On top of my list, for future visits to Ibiza!

really astonishing feel of the ibiza centre on the very nice roofterrace ; really charming appartment with a lot of corners steps and absence of modern rectangularity hahaha; gives a homey spanish feeling .
nice terraces a few steps away and the old marketplace ...
so always in the midst of living also outside the house ; that is what you go for when you go to ibiza.
great value for money

Perfect place for a week's holiday (or longer or shorter!). Location just perfect - somehow manages to be quiet but close to the bars, many great restaurants and the old town. The roof terrace is wonderful - a bit too wonderful since if you have a good book and a glass of something it gets a bit difficult to leave.

Inside everything is very well maintained and comfortable. You feel immediately at home - many lovely design features and home comforts. Nearby (less than 50 meters away) is a great place for a coffee or breakfast (Croissant Show) and Plaza del Parque is closeby for people watching and a beer or wine on a terrace. Perfect!

Highly, highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment, absolutely relaxing, we didn't want to leave or go to the beach as we were so rested on the terrace! Great layout and space, fantastic location in the beautiful old town, lots of character, exceptional interior design. Cannot fault the place. Was very sad to leave. Would definately return if visiting in Ibiza next summer. May even visit Ibiza just to stay in the apartment again! We didn't want to send the keys back!!!

Good for those who want a beautiful private apartment in a typical Spanish location but near all amentities.

Thank you for allowing us to stay,

Gemma

As we found when trying to capture the magic of Es Pasadis, it really is hard to do it justice with a simple camera. The exquisite taste and attention to detail in this beautiful apartment left us with our mouths open for the first few days of our holiday and continued to do so each night as we sat on the beautiful and warmly-lit roof terrace taking in the breathtaking view of Dalt Vila and lapping up the atmosphere of the surrounding night-life.

Location also really couldn’t have been any better; step outside and you are in the thick of it all. The old town, port and every noteworthy bar, shop and restaurant, with little exception, are but a stones throw away. Roger and Tom - what a pad!

One small word of warning – be careful, especially if you are tall – you will inevitably crack your head a few times with some low beams and fittings. After a few days you should manage to avoid most of them, but be careful.

Finally a few words of thanks:
Roger/Tom - for giving us the opportunity to live our dream for a week;
Barbara from Ibizahc, who was very prompt, friendly and helpful;
Sophie from Ibizahc, who helped avert a potentially disastrous end to our holiday when the water to the apartment was turned off – all dealt with relatively quickly by Spanish standards.

Our first time in Ibiza, my wife and our 16 year old daughter and I were very initially very apprehensive to be truthful, but we had a simply amazing time and loved staying in Es Pasadis, being able to soak up the buzz and vibrancy of Ibiza Town....in such comfort was priceless..Breakfast was just a stones throw from The Crossiant Show, great pastries and bread! Loved the Tomate bar, great place to people watch and kind young French guy looking after the bar! Of note, the stairs are incredibly steep to get into Es Pasadis, and after a tiring flight. a long long wait sitting outside the crossiant show for our rep to arrive, struggling with our luggage and squeezing past the bike resting on the wall, I was worried that we might have made a terrible mistake..but wow! Once we began to explore Es Pasadis, the different rooms the comfort and amazing roof top terrace..we loved it! Since our return to the UK I cannot stop viewing Ibiza on the internet and I have seen so many photographs of the Dalt Vila, but nothing I have seen beats sitting on the roof terrace of Es Pasadis, with either a cup of hot chocolate or a ice cold beer looking directly up at the Dalt Vila lit up at night! Incredible! The biggest suprise was when we walked just the very short distance from Es Pasadis and through the gates to Dalt Vila.. simply beautiful and amazing! Thank you to the owners of Es Pasadis! Ibiza was amazing.. and we have many happy memories..

Tip.. we parked our hire car on the many car parking spaces that line the road where Ibiza Marina and Il Divino are located, and got the Talamanca ferry over each morning and night...it was fun and inexpensive compared compared to trying to find parking in Ibiza Town and risking a heavy parking fine, we were able to park just yards from the entrance to the marina, walk the short distance to where the ferry picks up the il divino crowd..
