great place to stay, beautiful property and close to everything. spacious clean and everything you need like being at home. can't wait to come back and stay again in the condo. Steve was a great person to work with when making reservations.

I rented this place for the 1st time and had a very pleasant stay. The people were very nice and the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to others.

Terrific location in the heart of North Phoenix. Very
attractive Grounds and Property. Great experience for Vacation Rental First timer. Looking forward to
doing it again next year.

This was the perfect cost effective alternative to a
hotel, especially when travelling with children. My
son was able to take his naps and go down early for
the evening without inconveniencing the rest of my
family.
The property was very nice and clean, as well as
convenient to the necessities like restaurants and
supermarkets. This unit is close to the pool as well
as parking. Steve was easy to work with.

We had a 1 month stay. The condo was roomy, in a convenient location, and made the stay much more pleasant, and much less costly than a hotel. Plus my daughters fell in love with the pool at the Tapatio resort. Will definitely look to stay here again.

This is a very well maintained property, very clean and nicely decorated and well equipped with just about everything you'd find in your own home. We really liked the spacious master suite. A lot less expensive and just a whole lot better situation than a motel room. It was very easy to work with Steve and he seemed genuinely concerned that we enjoy our stay. We were very happy with everything and hope that Steve's unit will be available the next time we travel to Phoenix.
