5* villa close to Disney theme parks

5 of us stayed (2 adults, 2 teenagers and 1 child) at this beautiful villa which has a very large pool with enough sunbeds for everyone. The villa is very spacious, clean, well equipped and in a quiet location. Huge Walmart is a 5 min drive. There is also a Publix supermarket on the 192 about 10 min drive. All the Disney theme parks are 20 min drive, Seaworld/Universal 30 min and Prime Outlets/Mall at Millenia 30 min. We had a fantastic time at this villa and will definately be returning in the near future.

Me, my husband and two children ages 13 and 8 yrs stayed here for 3 wks July/Aug 09, it is situated in an ideal location for everything you need. The 192 has plenty of shops and reaturants which are only 5-10 mins drive away. Walmart supermarket is very local. While there we visited Disney parks which are 15 min drive, seaworld was about 30 mins. It is only an hours drive to Kennedy Space Center and in the opposite direction to Busch Gardens. The villa is in a very quiet location and is clean and very well presented, we had everything we needed with plenty of space.
The owners have been a pleasure to deal with, they were very quick and efficient with any info we needed, we would like to thank them for letting us stay in their home.
We would recommend this home to friends and family and would definately stay again if we get the chance to return.

Lovely villa for family

We stayed at this villa with our 2 children during Easter 2009. We had a fantastic trip which was due mainly to this lovely villa which has has been maintained to a very high standard. It is clean, spacious and very comfortable; a real 'home from home'. The pool alarm was very reassuring for us as we have young children.
It is in a lovely quiet development in a great location for getting to the theme parks (about 20 mins from Disney) or for exploring the surrounding area.
Lots of supermarkets nearby as well as a Library with internet access and some very good restaurants on the nearby 192 (try Carrabas Italian).
If you stay during the Winter/Spring do book the pool heating. The weather in the Spring is not as warm as you think it will be. We didn't have it and the pool was quite chilly.
We would definately recommended this villa and would use it again when we return to Orlando in a few years.

We had a great time at this villa, very clean, tidy and welcoming.. Great pool and close to all the parks. Convenient for all the airports

Very good value for money. The pool was exceptionally large in relation to the size of the villa. Well equipped and a lovely quiet location. Good access to the 192 and to the Disney theme parks (about 15 mins away) Universal parks about 30 mins away by car. The villa was very clean and well presented with all the comforts of home provided. The garage could accommodate some games to appeal to teenagers, but this was not missed as our family took advantage of the pool. would recommend and return. We loved applebees restaurant on US 27, Bahama Breeze on I Drive and the Outback, and breakfasts at Bob Evans. Avoid the chinese takeaway located by applebees however. Walmart just 5 mins away on the US 27.

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks in July/August 2008. It was a very clean and tidy property with a nice large master bedroom, which had a huge walk-in cupboard. We stayed there with our four children who all loved the good sized pool. Only downside is the pool alarm which goes off if you leave the patio door open for more than 30 seconds. This is a legal requirement to try to stop children drowning, so it must be the same in all properties.
IT was in a good position to reach the Disney parks (15min drive), with Universal and SeaWorld just over 30min drive. Very easy to find your way around.
The house was very much a home from home. It was great to chill out here at the end of the hectic theme parks.
Shops were close by (less than 5 mins drive).
The local management staff were very quick at helping us out with problems (eg TV and telephone down after thunder storm).
Very nice property in a pleasant and quiet location.
