A perfect place to stay

This is a fantastic apartment in a great location. It is fully equipped with everything you could need and is extremely well maintained. The complex was peaceful and relaxing, even in the last week in June and the swimming pool is great. The roof terrace is absolutley stunning, and we foiund it hard to tear ourselves away!

Beautiful apartment in a very nice block,everything you could wish for is here in this apartment,1st class.we had a car so we used it to our full advantage exploring the coast and inland.the supermarkets are very good,restaurants very good too we used to eat mostly in garrucha which we liked very much.the weather was nice and hot so you needed a good pool.We found the beaches a little disappointing but other than that we had a very nice holiday.we would recommend this apartment to our friends

My wife and I had a thoroughly enjoyable visit for a week the end of November/early December 2008. The apartment has everything you could possibly want – and some more – and everything was very clean and well maintained.
Although we had a couple of very cold days, the heating was fine and we were never cold.
Visiting out of season we found plenty to do each day in the immediate area, though locally nightlife was very quiet. I can imagine that in the summer with all the terraces and roof-top solarium you probably wouldn't want to go much further than the pool, although the beaches are superb too.
I would definitely recommend this to anyone – at any time of the year.

First of all, the owners are very nice people ! the property is very well maintened, very confortable and the service is excellent!
It's very quiet and the views are beautifull.Beach at few meters by foot.

Great apartment with stunning views, listing description does not do it justice, must be seen! Everything you could possibly want, spacious, comfortable, very well maintained. Lovely location great for exploring the area. We have no hesitation in recommending this property, and fully intend to revisit in the near furture

My wife and I visit the Mojacar area at least 4 times a year,and I can say beyond any doubt that this is the most complete accommodation that we have stayed in.We were most impressed by all the detail left in the penthouse,nothing was left to chance.Congratulations to the owners you really can be proud of yourselves thanks for a great holiday and look forward to using the penthouse again.

If one is to search the Internet in relation to Mojacar for the most modest of durations they would be inundated with comments of visitors proclaiming the area to be 'Spain's best kept secret.' I have had the great fortune to spend some time on and off there in this lovely apartment for the past 3 years, and it has to be seen to be believed. The location is populated with everything one hopes for from a holiday: sun, bars, nightclubs and most important of all, friendly locals. Being both relaxing or exciting, it is perfect for families, singletons, or couples of any age.
The apartment shown here is a place I have stayed in on three occassions and is nothing short of perfection. It has two balconies with ideal views: one is of the ocean, the other of the green hills, swimming pool and golf course. The rooms are spacious, air conditioned and are decorated in a way that is neither pretentious enough to be minimalist, nor crowded with the owner's personal affectations. There is access to the rooftop for those that like to sunbathe, and plenty of activity is either only a short drive away, or is a leisurey walk along the beach.
Spain's best kept secret? Everything you've heard is true. But dont tell anyone else!

I've stayed in Moya and Joe's penthouse apartment (No. 12495) twice already. My first visit being in early May '07 and my second, in early May '08.

The views from both sides of the spacious roof top solarium (and from the rear terrace) are astounding. The view overlooking the vast golf course and mountains of Cabrera is particually impressive, as is the stunning ocean view, the beach is only a stone's throw from the apartment.

The bright white furnishings bounce light around the apartment while the patio doors and windows let a wealth of sunlight in. The large pool is also a treat and wasn't busy at all while we were there.

The apartment has been impeccably clean on arrival on both visits. Even on my first visit I could see the work
that had gone into providing guests wth everything they'd possibly want. Moya and Joe have made me feel very
welcome and well looked after and I'm looking forward to returning to their apartment again next year.

Oh, and an ample selection of UK satellite channels and an large VHS/DVD collection should keep you entertained
on nights in!
