First thank you to Wendy as she makes the booking and staying most enjoyable!

We visited the apartment as art of our Honeymoon tour of France and let me say it was the best bit!

Apartment and everything in it - all you can ask for - clean and useful.

Area is amazing! We only had 4 days there as some of the other rental time was used drving to and from other areas in France, only regret is that we wasn't there long enough!

Will recommed to family in friends! Only wish that I could stay there forever!

Very pleasant Apartment in a nice quiet environment, well situated for many areas to visit. Beautiful outlook from the rooftop pool. I think a car is a necessity as there are quite a few steps to walk down into Monaco, this did not bother myself as I like the exercise. Menton 12 mins away is lovely you can get the train from here to go over the border into Italy (12 mins on train). There is a local bus but did not use it. Would recomment this aprtment and would go back again.

This was our first visit to Residence Beasejour and it certainly won't be our last! We stayed in late May, just after the 2009 Grand Prix and had a fantastic time.

The apartment had everything that we needed - it's comfortable, well equipped and immaculately clean. It has secure underground parking with a designated parking space and to my husband's delight it was on the same level as the apartment so getting the luggage in was simple!!

The development itself is clean and well maintained and the rooftop pools are simply stunning - amazing views over Monaco and out over the Med.

We did so much during out 6 night stay but two "must-do's" for us would have to be dinner at the Miramar, overlooking Monaco Port and also, if you're a jazz fan (as I am), then a visit to La Note Bleu on Monaco Beach is not to be missed.

Wendy, the owner, handled our booking seamlessly - she was very helpful and approachable and made everything seem so easy.

We flew into Nice Airport and we were very pleased when it only took us a little over half an hour to get from the Airport to the apartment - we got our glass of Chablis on the balcony sooner than we thought!

Enjoy!!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments, it really is great to hear that you enjoyed the apartment and area as much as we and other guests do. And as you mentioned the convenience of a short transfer adds value to the whole experience.

you can't beat the location of the appartment.it's just about everywhere you would want to be. Not far from the lovely Italian border,Not far from the glitz & glam of Monaco. Not far from the lovely hilltop village's.You will wow at the cobbled allyways and streets, the shops, cafe & bar's. The staff on front desk are so lovely & friendly and even took us to our parking space.
The 2 pools are something else.!!!
It's like hanging from heaven, the views are amazing looking down towards Monaco which in itself is Spectacular. There's a good underground parking across the road from the marina. Then it's easy to walk almost everywhere. Also the bus is good. Can even get bus outside the appartment. The weather was perfect. If you come do not miss Menton. It's a enchanting town, lovely beaches, next door to Italy and not far from Appartment.Wendy the owner was very nice & the web page is user friendy. It was our 5th flight to this fantastic part of the med & it won't be our last. I hope you love it as much as me.Enjoy.

Stayed here for the 2nd time this year, the appartment is 1st rate and really cost driven. You DO need a car as it is a fair way to shops,Monaco or Town centre. There is garage 10-15min walk away and has milk, bread, WINE!. etc.
The Swiming pool is clean and has a great view of Monaco and the surrounding area. Do remember to clean up everywere, as we were changed £20.00 as the cooker was dirty

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We are very pleased that you have been a returning guest, that is always a good sign. Many have enjoyed the walks but as we say in the details a car is recommended. As you will appreciate we like to keep the apartment immaculate for future guests and a standard 2 hour clean is included in the rental charge but when extra cleaning is required after guests have left, and this is very rare, then an extra charge may be levied. We look forward to hearing from you again. Best wishes Wendy and Tim

Great apartment, great location

Review Submitted: September 5, 2008 Date of Stay: August 2008
The apartment is perfectly located just close enough to Monaco to nip in and out, but just enough out that you can escape the madness. It is also very easy to navigate to/from the Autoroute and good connections to the local sites to see on the Riviera. The private parking was very handy to have although this meant that we didn't make the walk down into Monaco or experience the local transport.

All in all a great solution to have some privacy in a great location with all the amenities you need. Thank you Wendy and Tim for letting us use your apartment. We would definitely consider using it again if in this neck of the woods.

Lovely apartment in good location

Review Submitted: July 9, 2008 Date of Stay: June 2008
We had a lovely week at this apartment in June.

The apartment itself is perfect for a couple. Very clean, simple, but with all your main requirements. You can just about see the sea and parts of Monaco from the apartment terrace. The block is quiet and we were never crowded out by the pool (which has a great view). The secure parking is very useful.

The location is great - and particularly good if you enjoy holidays where you want to get out and about to explore the local region. It is easy enough to walk down (steep stairs/roads) into Beausoleil and Monaco, but with the block on the Moyenne Corniche it is very convenient for exploring other parts of the Riviera.

A good base for those who like to 'do their own thing'. We did a mixture of eating in/eating out, days lazing around/days out visiting nearby towns and places.

A Room with a View!

Review Submitted: June 23, 2008 Date of Stay: May 2008
Wow! We have been coming to France for several years, and to be honest, I'd become disenchanted. We've stayed in chateaux which were damp and dismal, gites with limited essential. Our stay here has overturned all that. The apartment is lovely - and much classier than the photos suggest. It's light, airy, clean and has a lovely feel. (Actually - it doesn't feel like a holiday home - more like a good friend's house swap.) There's everything you need to hand ( and a few welcome surprises). The complex is safe, secure with tons of privacy. We were lucky - during our stay (first 2 weeks in June) we virtually had the place to ourselves.

You can't describe the sensation of viewing the infinity pool for the first time - so I won't - other than to say you will not be disappointed. During our stay, there was no more than five other guests at the pool - and often we had it to ourselves, other than for a tame seagull who chose it as his private pool.

As for the location - I can't recommend it too highly. Where else can you be a 20 minute drive from Nice, 20 minutes drive from Italy and a 20 minute walk to Monte Carlo? There's so much to see and do that you are almost spoilt for choice. If its retail therapy - the markets of Ventimillia, San Remo, and Nice - and if you win in the casio - Monaco! For breathtaking scenery, Eze village, and for wonderful beaches, VilleFranche Sur Mere, Cap Martin, Beaullieu Sur Mere. (Tho best to avoid Eze sur Mere - very disappointing!)
The higest European village (St. Agnes?)is only 15km
from the apartment, but expect your heads to be literally in the clouds, and your driving skills to be tested!

For a good all round place to spend a day, especially if you have kids, Menton is hard to beat.(Cheapest petrol in the area, really good quality gift shops, great range of restaurants, excellent covered market, and a super beach) - plus the essential Intermarche is literally 5 mins from the next motorway junction.

What of Monaco? Rich, classy, interesting and civilised - in every aspect except the drivers - who are all suffering from Lewis Hamilton ambitions of capability. This aside, it's great - but certainly not the be all and end all of the holiday.
Would we recommend it? Absolutely! Take sensible shoes, plenty of Euros for the casino and a digital camera (you'll use too many rolls of film if you use the other kind), beach gear and mock designer sunglasses - and you'll have a fab time!

Brilliant Holiday

SMK Bristol
Review Submitted: June 11, 2008 Date of Stay: May 2008
This was our second visit here. Both times we have stayed for the Monaco Grand Prix, which is very easy to access from here either by car or walking.

The apartment is perfectly situated between Monaco and Menton and provides an excellent base to explore further afield. Would definantely recommend a hire car, to be able to really appreciate what the area has to offer, however we did use the train on occassions and found them to be very good.

The property is lovely. Very clean and well equipped and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony. Didn't venture onto the roof this time round to use the pool as but did on previous visit and the view is brilliant looking down over Monte Carlo.

Most of our time was spent in Monaco to make the most of the Grand Prix, though I would recommend visiting Eze as it is beautiful, particularly on a clear day. Menton and Nice are also good for a bit of shopping.

Wendy provided excellent information on how to access the apartment - we didn't get lost in the lifts once! and the booking process etc was brilliant.

I would definantely recommend this property to friends and family and would return in the future.

Review Submitted: May 19, 2008 Date of Stay: May 2008
Just had a week in this lovely Residence. We stayed there primarily to go to the Historic Grand Prix and it could not have been a better location without paying Monaco prices. Wendy's description of the property was totally accurate but nothing could do justice to the swimming pool on the roof of the adjoining block. Absolutely stunning! We were two adult couples so used the bed settee. The apartment was fine for this as the lounge could be made completely private and the bed settee was easy to use and comfortable. We used a variety of walking (you must be fit - 430 steps back up, but I'm 61 and have a replacement hip and still managed it!), local buses and our own car to go up and down to Monaco. Also visited our favourite places of Villefranche and St Jean Cap Ferrat and discovered Roquebrune for the first time which is stunning (make sure you have coffee and cakes in Fraises et Chocolat. May is a good time - very few tourists. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all we needed and I would recommend it as a base for touring the region. Only drawback was actually finding our way to the apartment for the first time and working out the lifts!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We are delighted that the rooftop pool exceeded your expectations! And we agree that the layout of the apartment lends itself well to a 4 guest stay. We look forward to welcoming you again.
Kind regards
Tim
