Southgate, Kentucky

We weren't into sight seeing we just wanted to relax and this condo was just what we were looking for. The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures on the web site and very clean and well maintained. It was so nice to have all the appliances needed in the kitchen and beachtowels and chairs for the beach. The corner unit was very private and gave a wonderful view of the ocean. It was so relaxing to sit on the deck or in the living room and just list and watch the ocean. Having the availability of secure wireless internet was great. The owner was great to work with and followed through on every detail. She even let us know about the Halifax Arts and Craft Show which we enjoyed visiting. I hope to return to this condo for another great vacation and I would recommend this property to all my friends.

Can't say enough good about this place. I debated and searched extensively but could not get this one out of my mind. You may find a better price at Ormond, but you will not find a better place. The pictures do it justice. Joanne and Gary were great to work with. I had many friends visit and they all want to stay here!

In addition to the views from all of the main living areas, this condo was very clean, spacious, comfortable and truly a home away from home. It exceeded the description given on the VRBO website. The kitchen was well supplied and very organized with every appliance you could possibly need. The beach chairs, available to residents and guests as you step onto the beach, were a real convenience and very comfortable - no need to struggle with your own. The gated, covered parking was a real plus. We had a wonderful week (Sept. 11 - 18, 2009) and will definitely come again when our schedule permits. Joanne and Gary were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay here. The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean and well decorated. The second floor of the condo gave a perfect view of the ocean and it was also nice to be on the end with only one neighbor. The pool nor beach were crowded and seemed for the most part like we were there by ourselves. The location was wonderful, only minutes from Daytona and about 45 mins from St. Augustine/Jacksonville.

Beautiful and very clean accomodations! Lots of thought into the little extras. Easy access to pool & beach. My Mom & I enjoyed our time here very much and hope to visit again soon! We were lucky enough to be here for the shuttle launch! Also conveniently located to restaurants & grocery store.

I just want to say we had an awesome time. My family had a great time in the pool and on the beach. The condo was very nice and the ocean view from the balcony was fabulous. I brought my little pomeranian dog and she loved sitting on the balcony with the cool breeze. We are looking forward to going back next year.

This condo was the most comfortable place to walk into, very welcoming and everything was user friendly. We enjoyed staying there so much and appreciated the little extras that were given.
