What fantastic apartment, fully aquipt down to the last item, well maintained and very clean. Stunning landscaped area with two swimming pools, kiddies pool and bubble pool, the roof terrace or B.B.Q area is large, and as table and seating for eight , the smaller terrace from the lounge has lovely views over the gardens , a great place to enjoy your breakfast & relax in the evenings. The little shop & restaurant approx., two hundred yards away are well stocked ,obliging. All in all a very pleasent ,and peaceful Holiday which we all enjoyed and will certainly go again ( the sooner the better ). Brad, Bernice, Eric & Ann

Fantastic Apartment, pool and gardens

Review Submitted: October 19, 2009 Date of Stay: October 2009
This is by far the nicest apartment and development I have stayed in! Myself and my partner and his mother stayed in the apartment for a week at the beginning of October. We were very impressed by the decor and furnishings and loved both the terraces. The views from these were to die for, with many a night spent gazing into the stunning sunsets over the med with a glass of wine! Pure indulgence! The gardens and pool area were so well kept and the lush nature of the surroundings made the poolside seem almost tropical! The owner Brian was very helpul and punctual in addressing all my emails prior to our holiday and may I just say again, thank you so much! Fantastic apartment, highly recommended for families and couples alike.

Wonderful holiday!!! Owners very accommodating and helpful. Apartment set to a high standard, beautiful views, lovely pool, a maximum of 12 people at the pool at any one time. Good location, short drive in either direction takes you to another wondeful place. very private roof top terrace, lovely out door dinning. Took 2 grown up children and one younger one and apart from sibling squabbles they loved every minute of it,(suppose i could change the kids!) Would recommend and we would deffianatly go again

FAMILY STAY - JULY 2009

DAVID'S FAMILY MOTHERWELL
Review Submitted: July 31, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
I stayed at this apartment with my husband, 2 children aged 10 and 6 in July 2009 for 2 weeks. This is a beautiful penthouse situated in a quiet residential area but very close by car to supermarkets, beaches etc. The furniture and equipment in the apartment is of a very high standard and there is plently crockery, cutlery etc. On arrival, we found the apartment to be immaculately cleaned, with lovely fresh comfortable beds and plenty of towels. There is a lower terrace that provides lovely views out to the sea, gardens and pool. The upper terrace is absolutely fantastic. It has a large table and chairs, loungers and good bbq. The views from here are superb....across to Africa on a clear day and beautiful sun rises. The gardens around the apartments are lush and well maintained, there are lovely streams and little bridges over the gardens. We had a great time playing with bats and balls in the gardens! The pool is fab and very good for children and adults alike. There are ample loungers around the pool that never seems to get busy at all! We could often spend a whole morning there on our own......a rare treat mid-July! A stone's throw from the apartment there is a very good quality, bar / restaurant that has a lovely atomosphere.....especially between 5 and 7 when it seems to become the hub of the community....happy hour! Very tasteful though,,,,,,no tacky signs.....just an offer from the staff of a second drink for free! Very cheap too.....only 3 euros for a large beer (well 2!). Food is good and cheap too. Next to that is a great little mini market that provides lovely fresh bread in the morning, milk and newspapers. Back to the apartment - it has great aircon, adjustable in each room and was ideal when my husband and I wanted to have "us" time and soak up some extra sun on the roof and the kids could chill out downstairs with the TV/DVDs or their computer games.

We had a few queries before we travelled and the owner was very prompt and informative at providing the info we wanted. He provided the keys and all details re. direction etc. in plenty time before our stay.

All in all, we had a fantastic, relaxing stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone... I'm sure we will return again!

We visited lots of local attractions including Mijas, Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Waterpark, beaches.....but the best bit was always returning home to chill out on the roof!! 5 stars!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Very good instructions for how to get there from Brian and situation ideal for travelling up and down the coast and into the mountains. Pool and gardens very pretty and while we were there very peaceful. Roof terrace ideal for catching the sun all day. Would recommend to anyone and would certainly book again if going to the same area. Very useful little shop and restaurant across the road.

Luxurious penthouse apartment overlooking the Medi

Review Submitted: October 11, 2008 Date of Stay: October 2008
The owners were very helpfull and easy to deal with, giving us full directions and instructions to go with their apartment.
The apartment was very well equiped and clean, a real home from home. We really enjoyed the roof terrace which was great for sunbathing and catching the late afternoon sun.The gardens and pool were immaculate and great for sunbathing too.
We felt it was a nice secure area.A convinient shop and Bar /restaurant are only 200 meters away.
We like Julies Bistro on Cabopino Harbour and La Bruno restaurant at Cabopino just off the A7.
I'm not saying anymore nice things incase everyone rents it and we can't get a slot next year....
Owner's Response: It's very gratifying to get such pleasing reviews and it might just persuade us that we should be spending more time there ourselves. What is really good is that many of our clients are returning regularly, so get booking early ,July 09 is almost full ! Thanks to every one who has been to La Reserva this summer.

The apartment was lovely. The instructions Brian gave us to get to the apartment from the airport were excellent. Very clean and well appointed. Had breakfast & lunch on the roof terrace every day. Plenty of bed linen and towels. Pool was great; each block had its own pool so it was never very busy. A supermarket and bar/restaurant has just opened two minutes walk away. Food and supermarket good for everyday bits. Could of stayed round the pool all day but teenage kids wanted to go for a wander. Lots to do around the area but will need a car. Lovely estate well kept and peaceful. The bar does have music (a saxophonist) but it didn't go on too late but it did stay open until about 2am. Had to call upon management company (nothing major) they were very prompt to come out. Would go again was lovely.

A Great Holiday

Craigee Stockport England
Review Submitted: July 23, 2008 Date of Stay: June 2007
We enjoyed our stay at La Reserva very much. The four of us (wife, two teenage kids and myself) had plenty of space and the roof terrace was the best place to relax and enjoy a cool drink or snack. The apartment had everything we needed it was well equipped and the air-conditioning was wonderful.

The gardens are well established and there is a big enough pool if you want to swim for a while but small enough for young children to play in and easily visible. The bar/restaurant at the bottom of the hill provided good food and entertainment. The place is a short distance from Cabopino and a drive to Marbella centre took about twenty minutes.

We enjoyed it so much that we are going again this year.
Owner's Response: We are now finding that a number of our guests are becoming regular visitors. I'm sure they would like to know that there is a shop and bar/restaurant a couple of minutes walking distance away. The food is good apparently

STAY 11 TO 22ND JULY 2007

LINDAS PARTY NORTH LANARKSHIRE
Review Submitted: June 16, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2007
This apartment is an absolute gem! I stayed there in July 2007 with my husband and 2 young sons, aged 5 and 8.

The Apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a very high standard. On arrival we found the accommodation to immaculate and everything where is should be. The air conditioning (controls in all living areas) is fab and serves everyone well for a chill out of the sun....however, you have a fantastic choice if some of the family want to stay in the cool air and some want to still soak up the sun......a lovely lower terrace and the best bit of all-the roof terrace! It has a great outdoor living space with great views! It was ideal that our 2 sons could chill out safely downstairs watching TV or playing with their PSPs and we could still soak up the sun on the roof! The apartment has lovely plants on both terraces which add to the homely feel.

The gardens in the complex are lush and very well maintained. The secure underneath parking is fab for keeping your car safe and cool.

The resort is very residential but only mins in the car to the lovely beach at Cabopino and several supermarkets, recommend Lidl and Supersol. Even though we stayed in July the pool area was very quiet and peaceful-a haven! There are sufficient loungers and parasols around the pool.

The owner is very prompt at providing any requested information and confirming the booking etc.

We loved it so much we are going back again this year for 2 weeks!! ....and hope to be back again and again.

If you like comfort, quality, peace and quiet but still be in a great position to explore the Costa Del Sol, then I thoroughly recommend this apartment to you!
