What a Find.

Mit meinem Sohn habe ich über eine Woche in dieser Villa verbracht. Bei Tag waren wir meistens unterwegs, umsomehr genossen wir danach den pool. Es hat uns in diesem Haus gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist zu empfehlen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub braucht.

Now in english: With my son I have spent more than one week in this villa. During day we were on trip mostly. When we came back, we enjoyed afterwards pool. We have well liked it in this house. The equipment is to be recommended. The house is equipped with all what one needs for the vacation.

My family and I vacationed at the Villa in September. The weather was great and we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi (I would recommend getting it heated...even if it is hot outside). Terri was more than willing to help us with any inconveniences we had and was prompt to do so. The house was clean and spacious. The maintenance crews were helpful as well. We were very close to good restaurants, Sea World, Universal Studios, and a nice outlet center. We didn't go to Disney, but it was very close by as well.

One member of our group is not able to walk around and this villa was very nice because there were no stairs (we did bring a small ramp for the front door). The bathroom attached to the "guest suite" was a walk-in shower which was convenient for this group member.

The pictures of the house are accurate. It is hard to get a feel for how large the pool is, but it was actually larger than I thought it was going to be. Also the jacuzzi easily fits 4 - 5 adults.

I would recommend you give this villa a shot! The neighborhood is very well maintained and felt very safe. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Hi Terri, We have just returned from your villa and I felt I had to write a review to let everyone know what a fantastic home you have. We have had a fansastic holiday and having your beautiful home to come home to everynight was a real bonus. The house is beautiful and very very clean, everything is provided and the master suite is out of this world.

Having the PC and the Playstation was a real bonus which
all the boys loved, we thought they would also make good use of the games room but we couldnt get them out of the lovely pool.

The other real bonus is the location, the street it self is very quiet yet it is very near to a number of restaurants, Applebees became our favourite and the children were well catered for. Tuscan Ridge is also really close to the I4 and therefore you are never far away from the theme parks.

I have stopped in a number of villa's before but never anything as good as this, I wouldnt hesitate in recommending it to anyone.

We have just had the most wonderful family holiday staying at Disney Villa in Tuscan Ridge. What a beautiul home you have Terri - so very welcoming and far exceeded our expectations. It really was of the highest standard and provided everything we needed for our two week holiday.
We all loved the villa and felt completely at home and to be honest could quite happily have stayed there and not gone out at all! It was spacious and well equipped. The swimming pool was fantastic and was very welcome after a day in the theme parks.
Disney Villa's location offers easy access to the I-4, ideal for all the attractions.
Another important point that deserves mentioning is the outstanding support that Terri offers. Any query we had was always answered promptly and it was so reassuring knowing that Terri was only a phone call or email away.
I hope we will be lucky enough to go back to Florida again soon and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Having experienced a stay at Disney Villa we would not want to use a hotel again and would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to anyone.

Having travelled for 9 days down from NYC we were delighted to arrive at the "Villa" to find it in perfect condition. What a relief! The accomodation was superb.My two tennage sons found time and space to read and relax in seperate rooms whilst me and my wife relaxed by the pool. The drive to local ammenities was only short and the theme parks 10-15 minutes depending upon the timeof day. As a base for Florida it was perfect and we found we were keen to return to the comforts of the villa after each days adventure. A very relaxing and comfortable place to stay one which I highly recommend.

We rented this house for a week in June. The house is beautifully furnished, but nicer than other villas we have stayed in. The master bedroom and bathroom were impressive. My two sons (7 and 5) had a great time in the pool, playing on the PS2 and in the games room. This meant my husband and I had a much more relaxing vacation than usual, which was very much appreciated! The location of the villa was ideal. We were near shops and being close to I-4 meant it was pretty quick to get to any of the Orlando attractions. I would definately recommend this villa to friends and family.

Hi Terri, Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your beautiful home. First, we appreciated how close Tuscan Ridge is to both I4 and 192. Also within a few minutes away are a Super WalMart (open 24 hours), a Walgreen, and a Cracker Barrel Restaurant. We wanted for nothing any time of the day. I do feel, however, the jewel in the crown is your pool and large surrounding deck! Wow! It was the best that we have ever had, and we have rented over 10 different homes. The sun hit it first thing in the morning, until it went down in the evening. Your kitchen was well-equipped and the beds comfortable. We all enjoyed the high speed computer, the gas grill, and the quiet neighborhood. We lacked for nothing. I would highly recommend your home to anyone wishing to stay in the WDW area. We are just back from our Florida vacation, its so hard to come back to Michigan in March, we came back much too early.

This was our tenth year to vacation in the avenport/Orlando area.

We have always rented a pool home and I think we have a good eye for quality homes in the surrounding area.

Your Tuscan Ridge Villa is the by far the nicest home we have ever had.

Two of the major items that attracted us to your Villa prior to booking- was the spacious/well furnished south facing pool, and the Tuscan Ridge location. Having spent a lot of time in the area and other parts of Florida: convenience to shopping, a quiet neighborhood and reasonable traffic are important. Tuscan Ridge has all of these.

When we arrived at your Villa we were very impressed to find a home that was everything that we expected and more. Very clean and ready for us to enjoy. A wonderful layout and furnishings, there was nothing we had to worry about. Many of our past rentals required us to go out and purchase items necessary for our stay.

We were particularly impressed with the lania, spa and pool. The grill and pool furnishings were absolutely great. We enjoyed much time relaxing in and around a sun drenched pool all day long.

Lastly I'd like to mention the quality of your management company.

When we arrived I called to let them know that we had arrived and had a question regarding the computer and internet. I couldn't believe their response. They not only answed all my questions, shortly thereafter the owner came to the Villa to say hi and make sure everything was in order, not the kind of service we have been exposed to in the passed. A very comforting benefit!

It's a wonderful Villa.
