lakes holiday

We had a super holiday. The lodge was lovely and clean and looked just as the web site descibed it.John and Sue were great at keeping in contact and easy to deal with. The setting of the lodge was ideal for touring thelake district. The lodge was just next door to the amenities. The pool was lovely and clean, although we did not use the gym it seemed fo have lots of equipment. Some of our family were staying close by on holiday and visited us they loved the lodge and spoke about booking it for themselves.

Arnside 2 is a roomy, comfortable lodge, ideally situated close to the "best of the lakes" but far enough to be a quiet retreat. Lots of great facilities onsite but you never hear a peep, apart from the occaisional oyster catchers!! Recently returned from our second stay here and we can't fault John and Sue's hospitality and friendly service. We look forward to future visits; it's the makings of many more happy memories.

My family and I have visited Arnside 2 three times now and love it more each visit. The lodge is clean, modern and has everything you could possible need, and the holiday village is stunning. The food in the restaurant is gorgeous and the leisure centre is great for getting pampered!
Their are lots of shops and restaurants within 2 minutes of the lodge which is ideal but also a short drive away from the many beautiful views of the Lake District. On our last visit we visited Kendal which is a short drive away.
Everytime we have visited we have had great help and communication from John and I would and have recommended staying here to many friends.
We most definately will be back soon!

We stayed the lodge during our Easter Holidays. The lodge was a good size for the 5 of us (2 Adults, 3kids age 3,7,11). Set in a lovely location overlooking the lake. The lodge is clean well maintained and fully equipped and the nice little gestures were really appreciated the boyz loved the Easter eggs. The resturant is to be recommened and the Leisure facilties were great too. We both had a lovely massages which made us even more relaxed. We all had a great time and hope to return again. Thanks.
