Superb apartment in great location!

Just came back from one week's stay at this lovely apartment during the October 2009 half-term holiday. We had some minor reservations about going too near to San Antonio but as it happened, it was a perfect time of the year to enjoy the island. Although lots of the bars, shops and restaurants had closed down a few weeks earlier, there where still enough left open for our needs.
The weather was great and with the crowds long departed, this allowed us to enjoy the fantastic sea views and scenery at our leisure. Walking around the bay and beaches near to the hotel was magnificent, especially during sunset when the views are to die for!
Although we ate out for most of our meals, the apartment was equipped with everything you need for self-catering (apart from maybe a chopping board!) and the pool, although a bit chilly at the end of October, was superbly maintained and sunbeds were in abundance. The sun terrace gave stunning views over San Antonio bay and it was lovely having lunch up there in the sunshine.
Transport into San Antonio couldn't be easier, with lots of buses available from the bus stops at the top of the town and at just €6 for a family of four (one way), not an expensive trip by any stretch of the imagination. The trip into San Antonio opens up your options in terms of shopping and dining out and sitting at Bar Itaca on the sea front with a beer and watching the sunset is well worth the trip.

Excellent, large clean apartment located close to beach. Well equipped with a corner balcony as well as a superb rooftop terrace with excellent views - great for sunbathing or sangria-sipping! Loads of space to store gear and hang clothes. Walking distance to water taxi, many bars and restaurants - in particular Kumharas which has to be one of the best. Apartments were very quiet at night and came with their own private gardens and shared pool. Owner was very helpful and organised - overall a great holiday!

My wife and I have stayed here twice now. Both stays have been the most relaxing and comfortable holidays possible.
The apartment is very clean, well equipped and modern. The views from the balconies and in particular the large roof terrace are spectacular. You can watch the sun set on the ocean horizon in comfort, with a cold glass of wine (or soft drink!)
There are good varied shops close by and you are well placed to explore the island. The many beautiful secluded and larger beaches are a short car ride away, however the bus service is efficient if you prefer.
The pool area is quiet, private and always very clean. The surrounding gardens are also very well maintained and provide a lovely setting.
The apartment is the perfect base to enjoy everything Ibiza offers and would suit a family, couples or just group holidays.
I can fully recommend this property to anyone who would like to visit the island.

I stayed at the property with 3 other members of my family in June 09. The property was in a very nice, quiet residential area but within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. It was just a short journey from the airport and a short taxi ride to clubs, or you could use the water taxi.
The apartment was lovely. Very clean, tidy and had all the amenities needed, if not more. The description of the apartment was very accurate but it was better than expected. The roof top terrace was a lovely touch and great for drinking and chatting on in the evenings.
The pool area was great and there were always plenty of sun loungers about no matter what time of day you went to the poolside.
I would 100% recommend this apartment to people. The owner is great and very helpful. Enjoy :-)

Excellent property that made for an amazing holiday. The apartment was all we expected from the site decription/photo's and much more. Very clean and tidy, excellent location in terms of close enough to the action yet set just away from the main road so was peaceful. The only downside I would say was the quality of restaurants in the are but this would definately not deter me from booking again. All ammenaties were catered for with a lovely pool and the roof terrace was the icing on the cake. The owner was fantastic to deal with and would definately encourage anyone to book with him for this property. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

We stayed in this lovely apartment and it was just as advertised. The property was clean and we loved having the roof terrace to relax on. The location was excellent with many bars, restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes walk.
Overall we were very happy with our holiday and with the communication we received from the owner. We would definitely recommend the apartment and hope to return in the future.

A real find

This apartment was a real find. Located close to a great little grocery shop (which is cheaper than any of the shops on the main street), across the road from the beach and across the road from the water taxi everything was so convenient from this apartment. The apartment is like a proper little home, clean spacious and airy. The roof top tce was such a treat and even tho we didnt get the best weather we had enough shelter from the wind to get insome quality sunbathing time. Quiet at night and during the day this is the ideal location to enjoy all ibiza has to offer as well as getting a decent night/day's sleep when necessary. Only down side for me and my friends was that the only English speaking channels were news channels, a small issue but this really does make a big difference when you want to switch off for a night. The ipod doc was a nice touch and got plenty of use inplace of any english TV channels. Very difficult to get taxi from Main st San An Bay which can be a pain if you are heading out later than the last water taxi.
