Owner's Response: Many thanks Jane! This is without doubt the way the market is moving in Thailand for sure. With ever increasing flight and hotel costs get out of the box and come and stay with us, lots of space most Villas with pools, a large communal pool, 24 hour security, wireless Internet even a cook if you want one. Home from home with all the services, close to the beach and management on site!
See you soon - Paul & Nom

Danny in Thailand

The house I rented was above my expectations. It was very clean and well maintained. It was very close to food, shopping, and entertainment. The truck that came with the rental made it very easy for all of us to go where we wanted( minus the drinking we did in Pattaya.) A few times we had to leave the truck, and take a taxi back to the house. We had a nice little pool party and BBQ at the house that gave it a nice at home feeling.I had an awesome time, and would definitely rent again!

This property was very well maintained, housekeeping staff were very good. Everything in the property was new and modern. Any help/advice needed by the owner was provided quickly as they on call. I would recommend this property to ANYBODY as Villas work out to be great value for money. All activites are available from Quad - Biking to riding Jet-Ski's. Booking these activites are only a phone call away too. So many restaurants you cannot get bored. I will be staying at the above property again.
Owner's Response: Thanks Frankie, Ladies and Gentleman as you will see we get many excellent reviews of our Villas & Bungalows here at Jomtien Beach, Pattaya. Whatever your needs we have a solution!
Satisfaction, honesty and great service is guaranteed.

Kind regards

Paul & Nom

Thai villas

Review Submitted: September 9, 2008 Date of Stay: August 2008
The villa was lovely, clean and well equipped. The communal pool was clean and usually empty until late afternoon. It had guards on the gates and 'Ing' was there to assist our needs and was pretty efficient...she also arranged our overnight trip which included the bangkok train market, Bridge over the river Kwai, Floating market, Elephant ride and overnight on the floating hotel, war museum and memorials, wooden carving place...this is a must (brilliant!!) cost approx £60 each)
The people are really friendly and very helpful in all the bars, shops etc in Thailand, we always felt safe!
In Pattaya we went to mini golf pub which was a bit run down, but fun. The tropical gardens which had thai culture show and an elephant show, you can feed the elephants and it has fab gardens (worth a visit). A cocodile farm - a man puts his arm & head in a crocs mouth - not my thing unfortunately! A boat on the sea (at the pier a small boat takes you out to eat at the boat) expensive for thailand but a real treat!
Meals are approx £6 per head for a western meal or £3 per head for thai meals with drinks. Very cheap and very tasty!
You could get them much cheaper or dearer if you wanted- but these were nice looking places by the sea front.
There is a free car to drive, but in thailand there seem to be no rules and lots of scooters with whole families riding on them, coming at you from all angles...we however saw no accidents and the drivers seemed calm and werent full of road rage and pipping horns like in other countries I've been to, including Uk.
There is of course walking street (the red light district) - a real eye opener and what appears to be a place older men seem to go to in Thailand.
The markets are worth a look around and you can buy cheap designer wear - but you must try a thai foot massage!!! about £1.50 for 1/2 an hour on the market.
There are also temples & Budhas to see, Lakes, boat trips, water park, sea sports and a mini village.
Pattaya isnt a beautiful place, but it has a lot to offer for a fun holiday with lovely beaches and cheap food and entertainment.
Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!!

Owner's Response: You know even after all these years Nom and I always get excited when we receive a review like this. That is exactly what we are all about, five star service and ensuring you have a terrific time. As stated on many occassion Pattaya and Jomtien have virtually everything you would want from a holiday and more important the Thai's are such warm hearted and beautiful people. Thanks for the review lets hope in the future many of you that read this review will enjoy the same experiance.

'Hi Paul, just a quick e-mail to say thank you for the time that we spent in Thailand and to say that the villa we stayed in view point was fantastic and accommodated us really well along with the help we received from Nom, your wife, was brilliant, I would also like to add that we would recommend the villa to people we know who are looking to visit the country. Once again thank you and Nom.'
