Stunning house, superb surroundings, breathtaking views, Amazing attractions - I'm running out of superlatives! Our Families had a wonderful stay, the younger kids were safe and the older kids were entertained - particularly enjoyed The home cooking experience with Rita and Marcello!! Molto Grazie

Stunning relaxing haven

Casa Frances totally exceeded my expectations - the area is gorgeous, the views from the house are stunning and the house itself is beautifully maintained.
There's lots to do close by - swimming in the lake at Cingoli was a particular highlight - although we found that we were happy to relax in the garden and enjoy the BBQ and the games from the garage most of the time.
I'd recommend it to anyone.

I absolutely loved my stay here.
We went as a large group of friends for my sister's 30th Birthday and we found the house spacious and accomodating. It had everything we needed.
The local village was quiet and unspoiled, and the local Pizzeria was really friendly and lovely (and put up with us being very loud and not speaking a word of Italian! How rude).
I loved the fact the whole area is so un-touristy.
We went in May and it was absolutely BOILING weather.
We went to the local lake which was lovely too, with stunning scenery.
I would really recommend this house for anyone wanting to get away to somewhere really rural and peaceful. The house is very big though, so you would probably want to go in a group of more than 2! (The more the merrier).
Also - beware the hairpin bends! Especially when getting to grips with a hire car...!

Lovely couple of days spent in a very nice, secluded farmhouse. Very friendly village nearby and town 5 mins away. Stunning views, stunning weather.

"This has been a very relaxing holiday - House and garden are great and havn't had to worry about the kids (aged 6 and 4) who loved the freedom and we all loved the hammock."
