Perfect, Private and Relaxing!

Stairway to the Stars was more than we expected in everyway. The descriptions and pictures are fantastic, and are very accurate. This was our 10th stay on island, and by far one of the best. We normally travel with friends and stay in a bigger house, but what a treat this was. Plenty of room for 2, and convienent to everything.
The owners are wonderful people, and went above and beyond for us. We could not thank them enough.
5 minutes to Coral Bay, 10 minutes to a handful of beautiful beaches. You can not ask for more!
You will truly enjoy this perfect getaway for 2! We certainly did!

Stairways to the Stars offers a remarkable view over picturesque Coral Bay on the quiet, peaceful side of St John. The sparkling clean, relatively new villa apartment features inside and outside (grill) cooking on a beautiful large deck. A stunning view is also yours in the tile walled outside shower. You'll love the gorgeous flowered walkway. Super comfortable and just 10 minutes by car from some of the best beaches in the Caribbean! It was our second stay at "Stairway". We hope that there will be many more!

We had an excellent time! It was very relaxing, scenic and quiet. More for quiet people - if you're looking for nightlife, go to Cruz Bay. If you're looking for quiet and nature and relaxation (as we were) this is the place.
Our hosts were as quiet as us and they were very informative and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The property was clean, well-stocked and safe.
We loved it! It's better than advertised. You think the pictures on this site are beautiful? Ha! Wait until you see the real thing - it's even better. We will definitely rent this again.

We stayed at "stairway to the Stars" with our 9 year old daughter it was great- very clean, easy to use kitchen nice location - seemed like a great value for St, John. Having a jeep or car a must.

Bob and I had a perfect four days in St. john this past summer, staying at Stairway to the Stars. Deb and Fred were perfect hosts, and the apartment had every amenity from coffee and filters to books about St. John. The view from the back deck was amazing. The island is wonderful. We felt so pampered -- there were even thick terrycloth robes inside the outdoor shower. It was perfect. Don't delay, book today!

March 07 The first 2 things we did after entering Stairways to the Stars was one pick up our jaws and 2 cancel that nights dinner reservation. The deck and the view are so stupid good we found it about impossible to leave the deck. We have been house shopping at home for a while and about always the pictures on the net look great but are disappointed when you drive but. Stairway to the Stars does not disappoint better than the pictures.

Laura & I visited Stairway's to the Stars a year ago in March 2006 & the pictures do not do it justice. The wonderful memories are tugging at us like a rope. We just can't get St. John's out of our minds, it is paradise. Deb & Fred were friendly hosts & their home was safe, centrally located, & beautiful. We would highly recommend a stay & hope to return again ourselves.

A room with a view....and what a view it is! "Stairway to the Stars" is a beautiful well maintained studio villa apartment. It's new (2006), VERY clean, quiet,comfortable and functional. We really enjoyed the spacious deck... perfect for meals and beverages as you overlook scenic Coral Bay. The enclosed private outdoor shower offers a great view of its own. The location is just minutes from the famed north shore beaches and the excellent restaurants along the bay.
We hope to have the privilege of staying
at "Stairway to the Stars" again soon.

My husband and I visited St. John for the first time in May of 2006. We loved "The Stairways to the Stars" villa! The view from the deck was so amazingly beautiful it took our breath away! It's very clean and comfortable, and we have recommended this villa to all of our family and friends!
