Fantastic Vacation Home

After receiving literally hundreds of replies offering various villas in the Orlando area, I chose the Azure Villa. I dealt with Rachel who was extremely accomodating from start to finish. Her communications were first class and very informative, from description of the villa right down to the basics of getting to it.
So the big day finally arrived and we finally touched down in Orlando.
On entering the villa, I was even more impressed than I had been after seeing the photographs. The master bedroom ensuite blew us away,so much so that our son Ross(10) claimed this for himself and Mum and Dad were banished to the secondary bedroom.
We loved the spacious pool area, where if you enjoy the sunshine you could happily sit all day.(There is even a shaded area where the kids can play safely , if they want to get out of the sun for a wee while.)
All in all I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to both friends and family. It is convenient for all of Florida's attractions and more.

Our Florida Trip – October 25th 2008 to November 8th 2008

After a long trip, and a slight detour on the way (driver’s fault !), the villa was a welcoming sight. We found the villa very well appointed and extremely comfortable with more than enough space to spread out and relax. The pool was fantastically warm and proved a big hit with all of us, especially Ross, who managed a swim every day, regardless of our itinerary. The villa’s location was excellent, with easy access to local supermarkets, restaurants and the main highway only a short drive away. This convenience took a large amount of the effort out of arranging our days in and out of the villa.

We were extremely fortunate with the weather and had many fantastically sunny days throughout the course of our stay, which allowed us to make the most of the many parks and attractions. This also helped limit the financial exposure to the great Mall’s and outlet centres, Zoe could certainly have shopped until she dropped ! We all had a truly fantastic time and we have all taken away many memories that will last us a lifetime.

We just returned from our stay at Azure Villa and had a great time. There was lots of room and very comfortable. We loved playing and relaxing by the pool. The drive to Disneyworld and Universal was short and easy to find. I would definatly reccommend this villa to any family traveling to this area.

The property is convenient located near Disney World. The supermarket is closed by to make it easy to shop for grocery. The property is well maintained, clean and spacious. It is comfortably for 8 people to stay. The management company is really friendly and helpful. We were locked out of the house during the night and they were there within minutes to help me out. Excellent service and much appreciated. The rate is very reasonsble compare with similar properties. Highly recommended.

wonderful and spacious with a beautiful pool, great location, would rent again

When we walked through the front doors my father-in-law gave me a huge hug! The villa was just as nice as the pictures. Maybe even nicer. The gated community is wonderful, beautiful and quiet. Davenport has quite a bit to offer on it's own with Orlando just next door. It was so nice to do the tourist thing...Disney,outlets,malls etc. but then just a 15-20 min ride home and we are amongst orange groves and cattle farms. But walmart and Target are just a stones throw away. If you wanted to take a day at the beach Cocoa beach is just an hour away. One of the best beaches ever and you must visit Ron Jon's surf shop there as well. The management company is so helpful if you want any pointers,tips or ideas. If you have the opportunity to rent this villa, take it you will not be dissapointed!!

all the things you want in a vacation rental. Definitely the nicest vacation home/hotel/condo I've ever stayed in. On top of that, it was the most reasonably priced of all the homes I checked into.

The only problem we had was trying to get the kids out of the pool!

I'd stay here again, and I'll be recommending this house to all of my friends.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the villa. Our children enjoyed the pool and having a good deal of room to play unlike many hotel rooms we have stayed at in the past. The villa's close proximity to Disneyworld was a big plus after a few long days. The villa has all the amenities and is very clean. I would recommend it to any family wishing to spend a vacation in the Orlando area.
