Condo was very clean, spacious, and convenient for our party of 4 adults, one child. The condo was completely furnished and ready to go when we arrived. Owner was very easy to work with and accommodating to our needs. 1/2 block off of the beach, couldn't beat it for the price. Will look to book again on the next trip to Daytona.

We had the perfect vacation. Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating in answering questions and making sure we had everything we needed. The condo and complex are both extremely clean and well kept. Our condo was very spacious and comfortable. Very comfortable beds! Right across from the beach. We spent mornings on the beach and then visited shops, go-cart tracks, mini golf, the lighthouse and the Coke Zero 400 race. Great places to eat - don't miss Crabby Joe's and Inlet Harbor Restaurant.

We stayed in one of the fabulous condos with 5 adults and had plenty of room! It was perfect for us! We were able to save money and cook fabulous home cooked meals every night and enjoy the beach being outside the window! Would rent again!!!

Our one month stay at the condominium unit was great and extremely comfortable. The unit was very clean with all the comforts of home. The conveniences and extra items such as beach chairs, tennis rackets, towels, all kitchen accessories, etc. made out stay very enjoyable and pleasant. The owner went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied and responded promptly to all of our initial inquiries and any questions we had once we were settled. The great pool and condo facilities are very well maintained and clean. We would not hesitate staying again or recommending this condominium to any of our friends. Thanks so much for making our 2009 vacation a memorable experience.

Very nice condo unit and complex. Clean, well equiped and maintained. Third floor allows use of stairs instead of elevator.

I like this location because it is quiet with access to the conservation beach that prohibits driving. Close proximity to Dunlawton Bridge and Ponce Inlet are also a plus.

We stayed in December and loved it. We had our children and their 2 little ones along and we had a plenty of room. The kids especially loved the Diego and Spiderman blowup beds. They didn't want to leave. The location is great right across the street from the beach and so close to lots of great places to eat. The condo was very clean, which is high on our list of priorities. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a great place to relax and feel at home.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of spending a week at Joann's place. What a wonderful time we had. Our three year old son took full advantage of his room, watching television and sleeping with the palm tree lights on. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes away from everything. Right across the street is the beach, and you can see the waves from the condo balcony. My wife and I fell asleep listening to the surf every night. If you go, hit Crabby Joe's if you can. Great food and great prices! If you're looking for a quiet place that is ideal for a family vacation, you can't go wrong with this property!

I just got back from a week's stay at Joann's condo in Daytona, it was an AMAZING week. I had 4 large adults in my group and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The condo is right after the last pier on A1A in Daytona and is a VERY safe street crossing. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The bathrooms were pristine clean. The kitchen had almost every kind of utensil you could think of in it and already had some groceries there (a big plus when you're on a budget) and then......it had a DISHWASHER!! YAAAAY! a HUGE plus when on vacation. the washing machine (we stayed in 407) was just up the hall. theres a salt water pool and a tennis court on the grounds. The view from the balcony was AMAZING although across the street we still had excellent ocean views of high tide and beautiful views of the inlet. it's only 4 miles from the ponce inlet lighthouse. I will definitely be coming back for summers to come and recommending to all of my friends and collegues!!!
