We stayed at 8800 Crayson Ct. on our recent trip to Kissimmee/Orlando and had a wonderful time. We loved the villa and enjoyed our time in the pool after long days at Disney World and SeaWorld. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location of the house is great--not too far from the parks, close to a grocery store, Target, restaurants, and shops. The owner answers all emails in a timely manner and is very friendly. We had no problems whatsoever and would be happy to stay again and recommend this villa to friends and family.

Just a quick note to say thank-you for the brilliant pre-holiday service we received and also the first day phone call on our holiday to see if everything was up to standard.

A beautiful villa in a quiet location but still closely situated to the theme parks, shopping malls and restaurants.

The villa was clean, modern, well priced and more than we could have hoped for.

Thanks again for everything we have recommended the villa and service to friends and family and we personally are already working on dates for holidays for next year and we will be in touch in the very near future to book the villa again.

This was a holiday of a lifetime following my retirement from the police and the villa completely met our expectations. The grand children were in the pool before breakfast and at every opportunity. The privacy of the court yard style pool and patio areas gave us the comfort to use the outside areas well after dark. We had great bbq evenings and lots of fun in the pool. The kids loved the games of hide and seek, the only occasion when they were permitted in the annexed bedroom and bathroom that otherwise provided the occasions of rest necessary for gran and granddad!! Situated just off the highway 192 it is an easy drive the short distance to and from the Disney Theme Parks. Our party of 4 adults and 2 children have a wealth of happy memories.

I was very pleased that I was allocated this lovely villa, upon arrival you don’t know what you get with Travelcity direct, but I was extremely happy. We since, have been again in and was allocated another Villa again through Travelcity Direct bigger but further out.

This time round I am booking it all myself and have searched for this villa as we liked it so much the first time.
The pool get the sun in the morning, you can sit and eat breakfast or just chill on the poolside in privacy. The Kids can enjoy themselves and no worries about security.
The Bedrooms all were good size and each had a bathroom, which means no queuing , with teenage kids important.
The villa is ideally situated in Kissimmee, not far from the major parks, but far enough to be peaceful. With a Super market just down the road for all the things you need for the stayit qas very convenient.
As it is in a private gated development, you feel very secure. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa, it ticks all the boxes.

we rented the villa in jan 2008 it is an excellant location on a quiet small gated community.the villa is really well desinged and layed out.8 adults stayed for 2 weeks plenty of room ,our relatives had the villa across the road we had a barbi for 16 one night still never felt crowded.every bedroom ensuite well decorated any problems on site managment take good care of you there are restraunts just down the road all pretty good and reasonably priced wahlmart 5 mins away if you want to shop theme parks 10-15 mins away depending on time of day.there were 35 of us out there for a wedding we stayed in disney for 2 nights the rooms wernt as good as the villa? its a great place to relax after the parks.if rent the villa hope you have as much fun and good time as we did when we go back i will be enquiring about this villa again. once again thanks steve ken age49 doncaster

Location very private as gated community and only a 15 min drive to the Disney Parks.Very private pool area and area very peaceful.

Villa was very spacious and property layout good for 6 people but when sleeping 8 a family bathroom would have been a better idea than all on-suite but hey you manage its only a problem if you let it be one!

Whilst property was clean and well equipped we did have a small problem with air conditioning unit but this was due to previous tenants not operating it correctly and could not fault the management team who sorted it out immediately to our satisfaction.

Good friendly contact with owner Steve and nothing seemed too much trouble.

Chinese buffet, TGI's Italian Restaurant, Pizza Hut etc all in close proximity to drive to. You could walk if feeling fit! Great place for English people to eat for good home cooked food is Bob Evans and it offers great value for money too.

We had a fab time and I would recommend the villa to my friends.

we found this property to be the best one we have rented in florida to date,and we've rented a few!
We especially liked the way one of the bedrooms was like a seperate"pool house" giving extra privacy if required.
This property is suprising large for a three bed, providing lots of chill out space,the pool area being larger than usual,surrounded by a wall,adding to the feeling of privacy
and security,much better in our opinion than the usual netting.
We dealt directly with the owner and found him to be very helpful,even to the extent of being able to put us in touch with an agency to get cheap flights!
Next time we are in Florida we will be renting this property for sure,great location and great value for money,you can't go wrong!

A lovely villa in a good location, close to Disneyland and the other Orlando attractions. Owner very helpful and sent useful information prior to our arrival. Well laid out villa, nice heated pool/jacuzzi, safe gated community, a good price - I would recommend this property to anyody visiting Orlando!
