Reviews of Property: Near the beach 4/3 S/W Royal Palms Elegant Villa overlsized pool with lake view

Six of us (four adults and two children) enjoyed a very pleasant week in the Royal Palms during July of this year.

The house was well laid out and the cleaners had done an excellent job of preparing it for us.

The decor was modern and was as shown in the photographs. The kitchen and living room were well presented in the centre of the house and the furniture was in good condition.

Outside the pool was very pleasant - we had paid for heating (I am not sure I would recommend doing that in summer). One of the sun loungers could do with replacing but otherwise the furniture was all as per photographs.

A BBQ was also included outside.

Naples was a very pleasant place to visit - we had some lovely meals and enjoyed the local beach. (Recommend visiting beach during the week when it is quieter - worth a stroll down the promenade where we spotted a dolphin swimming round annoying the fishermen by stealing their bait).

The books in the house include some recommendations on the restaurants to visit and its also worth dropping into the visitor centre. We enjoyed a couple of cheap and cheerful meals nearer the house and then also some in the town.

We enjoyed a day trip that we took to the Everglades. We drove ourselves to Speedys Airboats and had a fun trip on the water. We didn't see much in the way of alligators so we took a drive down alligator alley a couple of miles away. Definitely worth it as we saw lots of gators lounging around. Recommend mosquito repellent!

The development was clean and easy to navigate. It did take us a couple of visits to the managent office to secure permits for parking - we went at the time suggested but there was no one free to see us. We returned later and the permit was secured quite quickly.

A very pleasant holiday - I would definitely like to return in the future. Thank you for the use of your home.

Stayed in this lovely villa for first two weeks in September - qiuet location in picturesque setting. It had everything we needed and we had a wonderful holiday.
There were 4 couples so eight persons living together could have been crowded but in actual fact the villa was so spacious it was not a problem. The pool was so welcome after daily golf and the outdoor area ideal for drinks in the evening - the BBQ was first class although we used it just on the last evening.
The location is five minutes only from the centre of Naples and we would not only return but recommend it to anyone.

Royal Palms is in an excellent position with easy access to the superb sandy beaches and also the centre of Naples with its world class shopping and a huge choice of restaurants.
The villa was ideal for our family of six. The rooms are spacious and well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped with modern new appliances. The pool was warm and sunny with great views over a lake. The whole property was very clean and well maintained.
Eileen made the booking process very easy and was able to provide us with all the necessary information to allow us to enjoy our stay.
We look forward to returning to Naples and Royal Palms.

My husband and I stayed at Royal Palms for two wonderful weeks, with our baby and another couple with a baby as well.

The villa was ideal as it was extremely spacious and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was very clean and well equipped for our family holiday.

The villa owners provided a concise and detailed guide of the villa and the Briarwood amenities as well as activities and lovely things to do in Naples which kept us thoroughly entertained.

The huge pool and view of the lake were absolutely stunning and both families enjoyed spending days swimming and having barbeques on the patio area in the evenings.

We can't wait to come back to Royal Palms for another beautiful and relaxing holiday.

Community very quiet but central enough to nightlife at Olde Naples and Beaches etc. Loved our evenings drinking cocktails overlooking pool and lake watching the sun set. Great layout / living space... especially the breakfast area which overlooks the pool and lake.. Kids loved the oversized pool. We recommend Royal Palms..have already booked for 2010!!!
