Reviews of Property: 1300sq ft Manhattan Apartment!

This apartment was perfect for my family a group of four adults and two children.

The property was spotless and had everything that we needed for our stay. Lee provided excellent service, by instantly fixing a little problem we had with the air conditioning, it wasn't broken, being from Ireland we were not operating it properly (it's so cold here we never have any need for air con.)

The location although in the southern part of Manhattan is readily accessible by the excellent Fulton Street subway station.

I would recommend this apartment to any visitor to New York.

flat is a stones throw from the NY Stock exchange so really quiet area over the weekends and not too busy / noisey throughout the week. Literally 10 mins on 2/3 line to midtown, subway 2min walk. Tele and sound is awsome. Nice modern interior with friendly cleaner. Only downside is the AC is very noisey. However, you only need it on for 20mins or so before the flat cools down so you can turn it off at night and be comfortable. easy to organise and collect keys etc.....highly reccommend it!!!

We stayed at 120 Nassau St early April; it is a great apartment and location, quiet central to everything. Lee is very friendly and accommodating...we loved our stay! We loved NY and will definitely be back in the future.

We had a great time the whole week and we very much enjoyed staying at the apartment. Will definitely be recommending to friends.

Only regret I had was in forgetting to leave a tip for the maid. Apartment was spotlessly clean and would have liked to have shown my appreciation - will sort something out in due course.

An excellent apartment to be with family and friends. I spent 8 days in NYC and there is not a better place to be. The localization is perfect, the property is very similar as the pictures in the internet, everything is working well (wash dishes, microwaves, baths...), was very clean, there is no noise, so we could sleep very well.
The owner is acessible, we could talk with him if necessary. There were guides about restaurants very good.
I recommended this apartament for everyone that look for a confortable place, good localization and privacity.

We decided to travel to NYC at the last minute, and were delighted to find this wonderful apartment. Lee was extremely helpful throughout our stay and the condo itself lives up to the description,with a great location it is a fantastic base in the city. 100% recommended! We will be back.

I was a first time visitor to NYC and was travelling with another couple and my 2 pre-teen (12 yr old) girls. Never having been, I debated on where I should stay. Having been there now, I don't know that I would stay anywhere else.

The apartment is exactly as described on the site. It is nice and very spacious for NYC. Due to the apartment being booked, we had to stay in a hotel the 1st night of our trip. Our junior suite at the Hilton would have fit in the living/dining room of this apartment.

The location is great. There are many attractions within walking distance (liberty/ellis cruises, wall street, ground zero, south st. seaport, etc.). Also, it is very convenient to 2 subway stations. Using the express, you are 3-4 stops from Times Square, 2-3 stops from Grand Central, 1 stop from SoHo, 1 stop (or walk) from Chinatown. It only took us 25 minutes to get to Yankee stadium (way up the upper east side in the Bronx).

The apartment is in an active area, but it is not so packed that you dread fighting the crowds every time you go outside(a la Times Sq.). There are several deli's and retaurants within a 2 block radius. CVS (drugstore) is 1 block away.

Lee was easy to work with and the overall experience was great. I'd highly recommend staying here.

One couple with 2 young adult daughters. Apartment more than met our expectations. Comfortable, clean, modern. Plenty to do and see in the area for both of our age groups. We loved exploring the neighborhood, finding deli's, bookstores and local pubs. Nice to come home to after a day of touring manhatten as it is quiet at night. Just the right amount of hustle and bustle during the day to get a taste of the local culture. We would absolutely recommend this apartment. One of the best amenities was working with Lee who was friendly, helpful and takes obvious pride in his properties.
