Casa Smeralda is a small semi detached house with a lovely view. The owner's description is accurate. The bathroom is well fitted with a washing machine. Bedrooms are smallish. We were only two and thought 7 people would struggle with the space especially with only one bathroom. We spent most of our time outside on the lovely terrace with terrific views. We were visited most evenings by a family of boars. They love apples! This complex is very quiet so if you are looking for a wild time this would not be the place for you. We just loved our morning coffees and cocktails on the terrace with the fab views. Each day we visited a different beach. They were all wonderful in their own way. The owner called us one day to make sure all was well. She was very helpful.

Costa paradiso was the best place to stay. It was the most amazing setting overlooking the sea, the home is very pleasant.

We had a very nice week in Costa Paradiso and loved the place - nice house, area, beaches, natur etc.
But - when we got home, we couldn't get the whole deposit back. The owner wanted us to pay for something we didn't have the responsibility for - something caused the poor maintenance of the house. So we are left very disapointed.

My family and I have just returned from spending a week at this property in Costa Paradiso. We had a wonderful time in a beautiful area, a lovely villa with a rustic charm and incredible view from the terrace perfect for the sunset every evening. If you stay here i'm sure you will have the peace and quiet your looking for. The location is ideal for local beaches and the ferry at Sainta Teresa for Corsica.

Without question the most beautiful view from a terasse one can imagine. The terasse facing west gives you picture perfect sunsets every evening. Very quiet area, no traffic noise, only the wind in the trees. Occasionally in the evenings slight music noise from sports club (appr. 200 m away) - but not a big problem. Beaches of all sorts - long sandy for small kids, sandy with rocks for snorkeling for older kids. Water is crystal clear. The owner was very helpful with valuable information. Great area for nature lovers. Highly recommended.

Had a great time at Casa Smeralda - fantastic views from the terrance overlooking the sea. A quiet and peaceful location with super beaches 1/2 hour drive away.
Short drive to the village for the daily coffee and icecream fix!
Would definitely recommend.
