Reviews of Property: 3 bedroom 2 bath, Friendly neighborhood, 10 min. to city. Home away from home.

We (a party of 7) have just returned from a wonderful holiday in New York made all the better for staying at this wonderful apartment. We stayed on the top floor. All 3 bedrooms were spotless with super comfy beds. The 2 bathrooms were great and the kitchen well equiped, although all you need is in Woodside so you dont really have to cook!! A great lounge and huge TV made for a great Oscars party! Christina is lovely and very helpful. All in all...brilliant apartment..and easy commute into Manhattan. This is the apartment to book!

We were a group of 7 and stayed in the basement apartment. We are from Arkansas and were alittle nervous when we arrived ( very different from a small town in Arkansas). But everyting was great. We had plenty of room and 2 bathroom helped with 7 girls. The owner was great to answer questions. We rode the subway everday, got on the wrong one a few times but always felt safe. We are looking forward to our next trip and would stay here again .

We felt so at home in the apartment. There were 6 of us on a girly holiday to New York. The on street and driveway parking was very convenient. The 7-11, convenience store and gas station across the road were also convenient. Then in the other direction the subway station and numerous shops really were handy. We stayed in the basement apartment which was immaculate and very cosy. Being that there were 6 females in the house, the 2 bathrooms came in very handy indeed lol. Very good amenities, fully stocked kitchen, fridge, microwave, utensils etc....and CLEAN, COMFORTABLE beds. The fact that a coin laundry was right outside our door within the house was VERY appealing also. The apartment is situated just off Queens Boulevard easily accessible from just about anywhere in NY. The nearby Mall was superb.

We had 7 people (3 kids) - the apartment was very nice. We fit everyone and still had room. It's close to the subway station which has a Dunkin Donuts across from it. We felt very safe. The renters were so helpful! They even helped with questions in the city and getting a ride to the airport. It was nice and it saved us a lot of money. The apartment is close to grocery store and has laundry on site. Would recommend to anyone wanting a bargain staying in New York.
