Reviews of Property: Fantastic views of MEDITERRANEAN from this large stylish BEACH HOUSE

This house is the best holiday house we've ever stayed in. It is totally loved by the owners and everything is provided for the perfect family holiday. We stayed there with our daughter and son and their families (9 of us) and we all had the absolute best time ever. My husband (the cook) declared the kitchens to be the best equipped of anywhere we'd ever stayed (probably including our own house!). The summer kitchen is a real bonus. And with young children, the 5 minute walk to the beach makes those trips such an easy (and casual) option. Most highly recommended.

Just returned from a family holiday in this villa and had a wonderful time. The villa is incredibly clean, spacious and decorated to a high standard. We all felt completely at home there. The pool was fantastic as was the jacuzzi. Binibeca was a lovely place with a few nice restaurants and the beach was clean, safe and ideal for children, the beach bar there was great too. I would recommend this villa to anybody - a great holiday guaranteed. Thanks to Jenny.

But a truly lovely and memorable stay for all the right reasons. This villa truly is home from home in every sense of the word with every creature comfort it also had a lovely warm, friendly atmosphere with it too which we all commented on. We have stayed in Binibeca two or three times per year for the past five years and this is definitely the best villa we have had by far. On arrival we had a lovely surprise as not only was it immaculate and clean but there was a bottle of wine chilling and bread/butter etc...really nice touch. It's so handy for the beach, the shops and the restaurants either in Torret or Binibeca if you don't want to drive or even Punta Prima on the little train. We had quite a few cold and rainy days unfortunately whilst we were there so only got into the pool twice and the jacuzzi once!! ...the sky definitely came in handy for our little one too!! ..just wished we could've made use of the barbie and the 2nd kitchen which looked fab! Cannot recommend the villa enough...just hope we can still get in and we don't persuade too many of you to book it...but, being honest you won't be disappointed if you do. Jenny is so helpful and friendly and so were Tim & Andrea who look after the villa...made us feel really welcome at their home and more of a friend than a paying guest.

We have been to a number of villas in Spain and this one in Binibeca is by far the best in all respects, and for that reason we have returned for a number of years It feels like someone’s home rather than a rental villa. The accommodation is spacious light and airy with every comfort provided for a relaxing holiday. The villa description is very accurate (satellite TV means you can get all the UK channels including BBC, ITV Sky Sport etc) and the summer kitchen and gas barbeque are ideal for hot summer days. The house is spotlessly clean on arrival with the added bonus of a welcome pack.

The outdoor areas are superb with great views of the sea and beach but also with the advantage of being private and not overlooked with tall surrounding hedges. The main pool is large and the Jacuzzi pool is great for cooling off. .Both are cleaned twice a week.

The location is great for families being so near the beach which has a beach bar and other bars and restaurants are within 5 to 10 minutes stroll. There is also a small supermarket about 5 minutes walk away with an excellent larger one within 5 minutes drive.

Jenny the owner and Andrea who manages the property locally are very helpful and do their utmost to make sure you enjoy yourself.

I cannot recommend this villa too much.
