My wife and I hosted my wife's sister and family (4 total) and my mother for an ASU graduation week celebration. Villa Sol exceeded all our expectations. We all enjoyed the pool, we hosted family get togethers including an evening BBQ and a morning brunch. There was plenty of room for anything we wanted to do.
The home was exceptionally clean and came with every amenity you could want. The beds were super comfortable, linens to equal the best hotels, great kitchen with all the utensils you need, a full laundry and a garage for your car.
The home is located in a quiet Tempe neighborhood, but close to great shopping, dining and ASU. This includes the Sunflower Farmers Market and the Tempe Marketplace, both within 2 miles. There is even golf just down the street.
Ashley and Travis do a great job as your hosts. We all thank them for a great property.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Sol. It was spacious and comfortable for 6 adults. The property is very well maintained and clean. The beautiful private pool and patio area were real luxuries for our group of Midwesterners looking to soak up some Arizona sunshine. The location is convenient to freeways and the airport and all 6 of us give 2 thumbs up!

This villa was everything we expected and more!!! A lovely clean and fresh aroma as we entered. The beds and linens were are clean ,fresh and very comfortable. The pool is fabulous. The center courtyard was a great retreat for reading or morning coffee. Even though we were only 10 minutes from the airport, we rarely heard it. Close to the main freeways and once again we did not here a thing. Very quite neighbourhood. We will stay here again.

Our group of 6 women had a wonderful time at this villa!
The pictures represent the spacious home, which is so very tastefully decorated and in a prime location...
I hope to stay here again some day & highly recommend this property rental....
There is not one thing that could be improved upon and the neighborhood is quiet safe and somewhat secluded as the home is not on a busy street.
You'll have privacy plus at this location.

My family and I stayed a week in this beautiful home. We found the home to be very well maintained and spacious. The pool was perfect and so was the location with easy access to the main roads. We would definitely reccomend this property.

Comfortable relaxing stay at Villa Sol

I stayed at Villa Sol along with my two daughters while attending orientation for new ASU students. It is a lovely location, with private pool (which the girls loved), flat screen TV with digital cable (again, loved it) and large bedrooms, each with king sized beds. It was a great place to come back to after lengthy orientation sessions and a lot of walking around the ASU campus. It is not too far from the main roads and was easy to get to and from in our rental car. Check in was very easy (received a code prior to arrival to enter the property). We did not use the patio with the grill or the atrium area as it was just too dang hot (we were here in July), but when we return in the winter or spring, these areas of the home will be a great area to have a family gathering.

This is our second stay in this property. We love it! The location is great - close to everything. The property and villa are in excellent condition in a quite neighborhood. The owners are great to deal with. We are in our early forties and our children are in their early twenties and they enjoy the Villa as much as we do. We look forward to many more vacations in Villa Sol. We won't consider staying anywhere else. A++++

My entire family had a wonderful time at the "Villa".
The location was perfect close to all the valley attractions, restaurants, and ASU. The property is kept up to date, very clean, and with all the amenities needed.
I will definitely rent this property again and will recommend it to friends. The pool was awesome. Thank you for making our Arizona vacation a memorable one.

This was my first time renting the property and it was very nice. It is located in quiet residential neighborhood and is located near 101 so it is easy to get anywhere in the Valley. I would highly recommend especially if you are staying more than 3 days...much better than an hotel. I will be returning next spring if that is an indication.

we enjoyed our stay at the villa sol. the owners seem to have thought of everything. the beds and linens were extremely comfortable- much better than the average hotel. the kitchen was well stocked and the whole house was very clean and inviting. our crowd- grandparents, parents and kids all enjoyed the house immensely.
