My family of 5 had a wonderful 12 day vacation in the beautiful 4 bedroom townhome. I would highly recommend this vacation home for any type of family (newly married, young children, or teenagers). The resort pool was wonderful with the hot tub and Tiki bar. This townhome backs up to a lovely man made fishing lake with a walking path all the way around it. It was great for my morning walks and my daughter's running. The townhome has it's own pool which was great for late night swims. We spent most of the day by the resort pool, but the townhome pool is in the sun. I would find it very hard to stay in a hotel for vacation again. Feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions.

I just came back from a vacation with my three friends in this wonderfall vacation home. It was AMAZING! Not only was it in close proximity to the parks but it also had a lot of activities to do at the club house as well. It way better than staying at one of those overcrowded hotels. I was actually able to feel comfortable with the amount of space in the vacation home.I loved the villa so much that I wished that I could stay longer. I would definately go back again on my next trip to Orlando.

This home is perfect for a family vacation. It was just as described,only 10 minutes from Disney, and less than 5 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, Target, WalMart - everything you could need. The clubhouse and pool are very nice, the kids went swimming almost every night while the rest of the family enjoyed the private pool. After staying here, we have decided there is no way we would stay in a hotel on a Disney trip ever again. I would recommend this home to anyone taking a trip to the Orlando area.

I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great vacation stay. Just as advertised, we had everthing we needed and more. The private heated pool, which overlooks a lake, was fun for us and the kids. All the main attractions, as well as the two theme parks we visited were all within 15 minutes away. Plenty of restaraunts to choose from in the immediate area. The clubhouse provided hours of fun with the arcade, the internet, the fitness center and playground. I will definitely make this my second home whenever staying in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

If your looking for luxury & comfort, this is the townhome for you. My family & I are repeat visitors and we will not stay at any other home, but this one. We were so amazed at how spacious and clean the home was. We were even more captivated by the private pool and the wonderful lake view! Not only did we get to go to Disney, but we had access to our own pool and a beautiful lake setting (Wow!) Each time we visit the home has always been well kept.The staff is very attentive. I definitely reccommend this townhome to anyone seeking a Disney vacation or a simple getaway.

I rented this home for eight days. Day 1-8 the AC was not working and could not be fixed. Day 2 and still no pool heat that we pre-paid extra to have. Day 3 the grill we paid an extra $40. for was filthy and only lit on one side. Day 4 the shower on the first level broke completely and took two days to fix. Over all the villa was dirty and not well kept...broken windows and screens, dirty pool and patio, not enough cooking equipment, no toilet paper or garbage bags which are basic supplies that I have had at every other villa I have stayed in over the years. Plus there were only two TV's when four were advertised. I have rented villa's every year for the past five and this by far was the worst experience I have ever had. Actually the only negative experience I have had to date. After five days the management company offered to move my family. We declined because it would have made the situation worse to move all four of the children to another villa for three days and by then the weather had cooled off and there was no need for AC. I am sure that is why the offer was made to begin with. We never even received a simple apology by the management company for the conditions we experienced. I think that would have made some difference. We were made to feel as though they could have cared less if we ever returned. They had their money and we had no recourse. The only consolation was the resort staff were fabulous people. Very helpful with directions and restaurant advice. The resort pool and tikki bar were also up to standard. A word of advice to anyone looking to rent this particular villa...Don't waste your money. There are many nicer Villa's in Kissimmee in the same price range.

This villa is very popular with repeated guests all around the world and we have never had a complaint that is not immediatly taken care of.
Immediately after finding out that there was an issue with the AC,the guests were offered to be relocated but declined.
We are not responsible for grills and other equipment rented from outside sources
We take great pride in the cleanliness of the villa and it is always inspected by a senior personnel of the management team before the guest arrive.
Situated on the Lake across from the clubhouse, makes this villa the perfect setting for your family vacation.
